I stopped at the Englewood Subway the two people that work here were great ones names Alex and dee Alex and Dee have been great they need a raise give him a raise cuz they've been excellent thank you

I was extremely disappointed during my most recent visit to this Subway location. The store was filthy from the moment I walked in. There was dirt and food scattered all over the floors, and the counters were no better. Most alarming, the sweet tea container had no lid, and the soda fountain counter was covered in a huge puddle of slimy brown liquid that looked like it had been sitting there for some time.

The younger woman working at the counter was kind and clearly trying to do her best, but she was alone and had no support. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location, staff left without help, trying to manage everything on their own. This is not a reflection on the frontline employee but rather on poor management and ownership, who have failed to provide adequate staffing and basic cleanliness standards.

It’s worth noting that this store already received a poor rating on its health inspection several months ago. Given what I saw, I have to question why nothing has improved since then. Management needs to step up immediately, both to support their employees and to ensure this location meets the most basic standards of cleanliness and food safety. Until then, I cannot recommend eating here, which is unfortunate as it is the only location in Englewood with a vegetarian option.

I’m not the type to give reviews. I went and got 3 sandwiches all not even heated properly 1 of them had wrong things. I should’ve went back and got a whole new order but it would probably be wrong and I don’t have time to sit there and argue for a refund. I understand people are new but so was the manager. It shouldn’t be open if someone can’t make a sandwich.

O stars!! Paid $33 for 3 foot long subs. All 3 were made wrong!! Wrong toppings to wrong bread, missing toppings, and burnt bread. No one would answer the phone so we took the sandwiches back and they said there was nothing they could do because manager wasn't there?? They can make sandwiches but can't remake a messed up sandwiches with no manager there?? My husband requested Subway for his birthday and the bread was so burnt. It was missing toppings and so were the other two. VERY upset! First time there, and definitely my last!

paid $33 for 3 foot loans tonight. got them home and all three sandwiches were made completely wrong. wrong toppings on wrong bread and the bread was burnt. kept calling the store and no one would answer so my daughter went down there and they said there was nothing they could do. couldn't even simply remake the sandwiches because their manager wasn't there. so how can they run a store if their manager isn't there If they can't do customer service correctly? first and last time I will ever go in there. we had to give one of the sandwiches to the dogs it was so bad. I want to be compensated either by a sandwich remake or my debit card refunded.

People need to realize when you work in the public ur appearance and hygiene is part of customer service, the girl today serving me was nice however I was repulsed by the hickes on her neck, messy hair, and the food build up in her teeth. I didn't even want my food after this, bless her heart. Customer service isn't just about being nice. I will never stop here again.

The air conditioning is "broken" it's 97° outside and inside! The girls are in a bad way emotionally. No one should have to work like this. Today is Aug 30, 2024 it's 4:20pm. Why hasn't the air conditioner been fixed? Good grief.

I ordered from door dash I'm not blaming the driver on this but our food was not edible my sandwich was soggy like they dumbed the whole bottle of oil and vinegar on the sandwich we did not receive out sauce cups or our chips and cookie this is ridiculous they honestly need to hire people that know how to read cause apparently none of there employees know how to read I will never order from this subway again I used to work for a subway and that's not how a sandwich is supposed to be made

Best Subway I have ever been to. The workers are nice. Food was great and seems like prices are cheaper than every other subway I have been too.
