A great little place to stop in! I had to Uber a person to Erin,TN early in the A.M. and stopped in to get some breakfast and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious seating and nice atmosphere. Being my first time in HC³, the lady who waited on me was super helpful at helping decide what I wanted. Did I mention she was SUPER? I met some of the regular customers who were telling how great the food and coffee is at this place. They were super too. 🙂 The food wasn't too bad. I will definitely make a point to stop in again! Thanks a million HC³!!!

Local little coffee shop, place is veteran owned, coffee is good, sometimes it takes a little longer, place is huge. Has great potential to do more. Which would bring in more customers. Go get you a cup

Jeremy is very accommodating and friendly! He is a proud veteran and a very important pillar in our community! I love coffee but I never know what to order when I go to coffee shops, Jeremy guides me through the process and I have never had a bad cup of coffee from there! Also the danishes are delicious!
Vegetarian options: Coffee is pretty vegetarian
Dietary restrictions: They have several options

Pricey to be honest. Especially in this community. Purchased a Large mocha iced coffee with 1 shot of espresso. Cost me almost $8. Large cups are more like a medium. Mostly ice rather than coffee. More toward those who can afford to throw money. The elderly perhaps, many elderly customers who may be able to afford that in the community. Maybe even those who are from out of town or visiting. Not for those who have limited funds, like families. Nice cozy place though, like a very large living room! Sells children's artwork and such as well.

Came in this morning visiting from out of town, and was meet with super friendly customer service! The ambiance was comforting & quiet, and in a sweet historic building. The coffee, and cheese danish was delicious! They have a great selection of breakfast, and lunch, as well as all different kinds of coffee, and tea! Great options for a tea drinker like me! Will definitely be back!

Love the new creative chef menu. Their coffees are made to perfection. Service is friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is relaxed, and I love looking at the historical pictures on display. The owner is a vet and attentive to all who visit. Want a great coffee? Go check it out. You will not be disappointed!
