I know I used a coupon for my subs but I shouldn’t be penalized for that. Where is the insides of my sandwich?? It’s almost bare. Then they say I can’t get certain subs with a coupon which I don’t understand because it’s the same damn price as the other subs! This pls r is a joke! Don’t waste your time or money!

Placed an order online went to pick it up and there was no one in the store but it wasn’t finished and they said 10 more minutes. I waited in my car and went in and got it. Upon arriving home to eat, my sandwiches had BARELY anything on them. Like 1/2 the amount they normally would put. ai was very disappointed.

Our ball team went there after a game and they had the doors locked and one man shook his head no and crossed his hands in the air and never opened the door. They close at 9pm but it was 845pm and they could of fed our girls. Shame on you!

Erin, TN subway REALLY scrimped on toppings. The meatball sub didn't even cover the bun. And my chicken sweet teriyaki had three small pieces of chicken at one end of sandwich and a few pieces of each topping. Bad management to charge so much for a sandwich and not be able to afford to put the ingredients on it.

Made an online order and in the comments we said we would pay for marinara sauce on the side. We ordered a 12” pizza sub, comes with very limited marinara sauce, along with the new pizza roll ups. No sauce included on them. You’d expect marinara with the items being pizza right? Haha. Wrong. So we know to ask for extra. However, we were not allowed to pay for extra because they didn’t have containers. And would not allow for extra to be put in the drink cups. Everything pizza flavored with them is basically cheese and pepperoni. Hardly any sauce on them. Also. The pizza sub was cheese, marinara and pepperoni only. Nothing else was added. Child’s Play. Willing to pay for the sauce and still not allowed. Wtf?
Not a great place to get a wheel chair into. Also noticed him scratching his butt behind the counter with the same gloves he was making sandwiches with

The people here only know one speed-slow. it took them almost 30 minutes to take my order and there was only 2 people infront of me. they look like they hate their lives and don’t know customer service. barley whisper and are hard to understand. put 2 olives and pickles like we are in the midst of WWlll and are rationing for our soldiers. ate sub in 2 bites bc there’s barely anything on it. DONT HAVE TEA!!!!! unless your starving and there’s no place left to eat on the earth don’t eat here!!

I have been to this establishment 4 times and all 4 times I have had the rudest service by the man and whom I assume is his wife. Today was the last time I will set foot in this place - beside waiting for almost 10 minutes while he stood in front of me taking his sweet time putting bread in the oven he then had the audacity to give me crap out about what I actually was ordering .. a 6" BMT and 6" steak and cheese .. This couple apparently hates there business and hometown friendly values
