Went there to eat in the early evening to eat and take a travel rest after a long drive. Only 2 booths were occupied besides mine. Good quiet atmosphere versus during the busy times. Service was decent and the food quality was ok...not great but not bad either, Usual fast food fare. Good variety of menu options. Inside was clean and presentable.

I was told one day that KFC does not put mayonnaise on their BBQ sandwich. I got one. It was really good. So the very freaking next day I go there get 2 of them. Drive home started eating my sandwich and instead of BBQ being on the BBQ sandwich. They lathered it in freaking mayonnaise. Absolutely disgusting especially when mayo makes me very sick!

I was driving back to ohio and stopped here. The food was excellent . It was hot and tasted as I remembered how kfc used to taste. They had chicken livers which my wife loved

Hair in food (Mac and cheese) seemed like pubic hair. Order was wrong after staff communicated an issue about my order to me and I agreed to a substitute they still got it wrong. Wouldn't have minded the wrong order but I ordered 4 sides of Mac and cheese and found what looked like a pubic hair immediately in the first one. Didn't want to drive 20 minutes back from the forest to complain. Ended up throwing most of my food away instead. Staff was very nice, but hair in my food trumps pleasant staff.

I ordered a chicken filled sandwich, two apple pies and a chicken pot pie. Everything was fresh and hot. Very good. I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Keep up the great work 👍.

Drive threw cashier threw my credit card at me. Hitting me in the face leaving a scratch. Manager did nothing. Looked like he was going to cry when I asked for my $back. He has no power at all. Left there ,went to Clearances restraint and have pan fried chicken and real mash potatoes for half the cost. Just skip KFC completely, if you want a great meal.

So first of all the nice girl “Karina” that waited on us was the highlight of the visit. 8/21/24 7:15 PM ish. I got the 10 pc saucy nugget meal and my wife got the 4 pc tender meal. The nuggets came in a decent size bowl and I thought wow this is good amount. When I opened the bowl there were 10 little pcs of chicken on the bottom of the bowl. I don’t think they covered the bottom. Wife had just a little bowl of mash potatoes and gravy.
Sooo the total was almost 25 dollars and we left and went to pals.
This is to KFC not the workers. As long as Mc Donald’s and Wendy’s are dishing out nuggets, probs won’t be getting the little cubes of chicken any more. May need to up ur game a little.

Surprise, disappointment, frustration, that should sum it up. Haven't been to a KFC in years and now I know why. First, ordered two breasts, two wings, individual Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Cost almost $24. I realize everything has went up so I drove to the window to pay. Was told when I ordered that it would be 13 minutes for the chicken. Ok, I'm hungry so will wait. Twenty minutes later, nothing. Went into the building and asked about the status of my food. First was asked what I ordered. When I described my order, was told "oh, it just came out". Right, they had just forgotten that my wife and I were outside. No apologies, no concern and no customer service. So, everyone can have a bad day so I dropped in yesterday to get my Mom a half gallon of tea, thinking the experience would have to be better. NOT!!!! I was met at the counter and my order taken. It took about five minutes or so to get the tea and I was the only person in the business and there was one car in drive thru, so not very busy. The problem seemed to be that the bags for the tea were in a storage room. Then the girl that waited on me couldn't get the box open. Finally I get my tea only to realize it is leaking all over the counter. I did ask if there was any way I could get one that doesn't leak. I did get another one but you would have thought the tea leaking all over the counter would have been a sign that there was an issue with the first one. Clueless or uncaring was what I witnessed.
Bottom line, the Erwin KFC is pathetic. Food was not too bad but all the BS with service coupled with the cost would be reason enough for me to not recommend them for anyone. Most of the country's food service has went down hill so I guess the Erwin KFC is just following suit.
