I generally order from this place 2-4 times a month, delivery. They are usually fairly decent for food and delivery, but their service over the phone is lacking. When I ordered today, the lady was very unprofessional and rude. In addition, I placed the order at 3:40pm and was told it would be around 5:15pm when it was delivered. That's literally almost an hour and a half delivery time to a location just across town (A small town of less than 6000 people).

I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, but my experience was disappointing. The pizza was undercooked literal dough, and the cheese and toppings slid right off when I tried to eat it. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful when I reached out about the issue, insisting that this is how they prepare their pizzas. For $20, I expected much better quality. I would recommend going across the road to Little Caesars instead. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this establishment. It felt like a waste of time and money.
Took a chance on their hot wings and was amazed. Best hot wings I ever had. Some hot wings are dripping in sauce. Not these. Baked crispy. Big wings. Got 20 because some wings are tiny. 10 was all I could eat. No sauce running everywhere. Will be my go to for wings.

We just moved here a few months ago from Jonesborough and couldn't believe there was a Rocky's here too! AND it's just as good, if not better haha, as the one we've known for years!
