TERRIBLE service… there was four people in line and I waited in line for around an hour, and it didn’t move once.

Came inside to dine in, only ate at the new location a few times always waiting but this time. Hair in my sub. Definitely not of my color or length, was refused a refund bc there's no manager on duty. Was told she could remake it and they did. Loss of appetite, wouldn't recommend this location due to staff issues

I get the perfect sandwich every time! Footlong Italian herbs and cheese, chicken strips and american cheese, add marinara and toast it with some veggies... Always hits the spot! Erwin has the nicest employees!

The Subway website does not work. I continually get "Access Denied" error message when I try to place an order. This has been happening on and off for over a year, with about 95% of the time not being able to use the website/app to order.

I went there to get a sub and a chicken dipper. The two girls working there around 12-1pm were super nice and helpful. We even joked around a bit while they made my food. My food was great. These two need a raise! best service I've had at this subway yet!

We came here, this will be our third time and all of the associates are too busy talking to each other or the friends hanging out in the lobby. Also customers and associates are vaping in the restaurant which has a sign no vaping inside. I was really excited about there being a subway here in town but they need to get better associates that actually care about the food they are making than talking to everyone else. The second time we came in I never even got my sub even though I told her I needed it and I wasn’t charged but again too busy talking to the associate she was training.

Went to get me a sandwich and waited for 25 minutes. And the woman was doing everything she could to help and the boss was just cussing her out. I felt sorry for the woman and decided it wasn’t worth my wait would not got back. About 1:30 on sept 2, 2024.

Paid over $10 and wasn’t even half way. You cut out the bread and charge you $2 extra I guess to cover the cost of the plastic bowl.

The lady making the subs did not wash her hands or change her gloves before making our subs. She also put tomatoes with the core in the them on my sub, I asked her to replace them with better tomatoes, she threw the others off my sub backinto the other tomatoes, instead of throwing them away. Attitude " the place also did not look clean. They should also have a clean prep, food table.

You really need to update your store and the food was basically horrible. It did not taste good at all some of the vegetables like lettuce was wielded but as far as the worker goes, she was nice and polite. She was only working with what she had I know.

Parking: Well, there were only two available parking spots. The other two were handicap and there was a big dumpster sitting in the way, which is not a good site to see you whenever you’re pulling up to the restaurant. It should’ve been parked around back.
