The owner here seems to loathe his customers and his employees, who appear to have to find a way to keep their customers happy while also not upsetting the owner (which seems to be extremely easy to do) by taking what would be a normal request at any other restaurant, and finding some way to solve it without making him mad. I genuinely feel bad for the staff there, and it makes the whole atmosphere of the place awkward. On the bright side, the food was very good, and came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Hidden gem. Food was fantastic. Its amazing this place is in such a small town. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend this place.
Myself and 4 friends came for lunch. First we were seated apart and when I simply moved the table to straighten it, I was scolded to not move tables the owner would have a fit. I explained I simply scooted it over to line up with my chair. We then ordered and a friend and I shared. They came out with the lid tore off a to go box for my plate. Said that’s all they had. Then they handed out plastic silverware. Then when the sandwich came out the club was not cut in squares nor in half. We asked if they could cut it and was told No! We were told use are plastic knife in package. We explained it would not cut and asked them can you bring us a knife and was told he would not let us use his knife. We just eventually dealt with it. So rude and waitresses were crying. This owner must be very hard to work for !

Owner is the worst boss I’ve ever I encountered. I ordered a club Sandwich, they brought it out and I asked if they’d mind cutting it in half as they only give you the cheapest plastic knife you could buy. No way was I going to cut it with that knife. Owner refused to cut it in half. Explain to me why, that costs absolutely nothing. My aunts chicken tenders were so burnt she couldn’t bite them. Told the server and she told her boss. He said well tell her I can cook her some more but they’ll be just like the ones she’s already got! Never will I ever go back there nor recommend them to anyone

The atmosphere is cute, restuarant is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the chicken fingers were a cheaper grade. Of course they are a burger joint, not chicken. They have large portions.
I stopped here with my 3 yr old nephew and order a cheese burger and my nephew wanted just a plain hot dog The Owner Austin absolutely refused to serve him a plain hot dog simply because it wasn’t on his menu and he believed that his customers should simply eat it the way it comes ??? This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone,on top of this my burger was still pink in the middle so we did not even eat…

My family tried to eat here today (May 11th). There were 8 of us and he said he can't serve a party of 8. So I said we will sit separate, party of 3 and 5. He still said no. A family of 5 came in as we are being told this and he had no problem seating and serving them. Apparently this guy doesn't need your business so spend your money elsewhere!

The burger and tea was good but not $18 good ! Should've been around $12.50. Cost was only issue! I think if they cut down a pound or two on fries ? they could get the price down ! Just my opinion ?
