I only have one con the rest are Pros. The Con's,was my French fries were probably cooked twice super hard,couldnt eat em. Now for the Pro's, EXCELLENT customer service. I went thru drive thru 11/26/24 at round 2 or 3pm. 2 gentlemen waited on me. Great service. Thank you. Please award those 2 men. My sandwich was Hot Ham &Cheese was Hot,delicious...thank you to who made it. And of course I had coke. Rating would have been All Stars except for the french fries. All in all high ratings.

Food was not fresh and woman brought my bag to window sat it down then walked away instead of just handing it out the window to me so I could go on. Also since when is it acceptable to say "is that all" to someone who is ordering.

Waited 25 mins in drive thru...by myself!!! Then they had the nerve to ask if ild pull up for a few mins for the hot fries...git home 5 mins after they gave it to me and the food was stone cold and the order was wrong!!! I only go there when I have no other choice and this is exactly why!!!!!! Gonna try my best to never go there again!!!!!! And ur workers thought it was all so funny like stupid kids do......

I ordered food yesterday and I never got my food my husband and daughter got their food but my daughters cheese burger was burnt she could not chew it she's only 1 and a half years old I talked to the manager today and he was very rude and being a very disrespectful I had him remake my order and it still looked awful my daughter's burger was still burnt my wrap was so tiny and my double cheese burger was burnt as well I do not recommend going to this location this will he my last time going there to eat I used to think they were pretty good I have no idea what happened there but it was ridiculous
30 minutes waiting for regular food items is a joke. I won't be back

I ordered a couple of cheeseburgers. My buns was BURNT BLACK. The meat was old and dry. The fries was ok. I use the soda machine thinking I was getting orange Hi C. Instead it gave me orange soda.(NOT THE SAME THING)

We walked in and one of the enployees had put his head in the sink that was in the kitchen. Disgusting!!!!! We left so no review on food but would never eat in a place that employees felt the needs to wash their hair in the sink.
