They are slow and often get the order wrong. On Wed the 27th of November, after having to shop for Thanksgiving dinner , I pulled up to the drive in at 10 minutes till closing, just on time we thought thankfully, with my friend who needed to get everyone at home something to eat after daring all the stores and just being able to get the food for the next day, and the girl came on the overcome and asked what our order would be. I proceeded to tell her and when I was done, there never was a reply back. I waited, said hello, and then they turned the order menu of while we were sitting there, with a car behind us, too. When I finally understood what they had done and pulled around to leave, there was no one in the window and when we drive past the second window we could see them in there, but no one would look our way. They are by far the worst staff at a fast food service I have ever encountered. We would have understood if they had replied back that it was too close to closing, or any response. I don't know why they even came on to ask what our order was to begin with if they couldn't fill it. So, I'm assuming that they could, they just didn't want to. They honestly need fired.

Gave them 1 star since 0 was not an option, stopped there for lunch Saturday, 2 cars in the drive through and 1 in the lobby in front of me waiting on food, ordered from KIOSK and it took them 36 minutes to get me my food!!!!! 1 cheeseburger happy meal and 1 ices coffee needless to say this place needs a new manager to say the least!!!! Got back to my car to find that the happy meal was wrong it had nuggets so i tossed and went some where else!!! Thanks Ronald McDonald for awesome service you have strived to not produce!!!!

Today I got a big breakfast and you get a egg sausage pancakes and hair In your breakfast. Then you show the manager and they act like they don't see it.
Since the remodel, service is very slow inside and at the drive thru, quality food has gone down, muffins raw, hamburger patties half cooked, ice cream machine stays broken down for days at a time.
Always short staffed, at present time I do not recommend stopping here, just not worth it anymore.
Store needs help to run smooth again.
