This location has had issues for years, drive thru time is incredibly long constantly, small town only two drive thru restaurants, not up to franchise standards or even close.

The staff & managers on duty that were present, were doing their very best while dealing with an employee walk out earlier in the day. My question is where is the general manager during this chaos? It doesn’t look good to customers such as myself, to see employees struggling & stressed but no upper management helping them. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed them struggling like this at this location without upper managers help. I’d say the owners must not care about this place

Just got food from there. They were short-staffed, but crew performed above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone on shift on the night of Thursday, Jan 25, 2024 deserves a raise. I would recommend my grandmother eat every meal here. They are absolute

They didn't pay attention, they were slow. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos, a sausage biscuit and a hash brown, forgot a burrito, the hash brown, and the biscuit was hard. They didn't seem to care about anything except having a cig break.
Absolutely the worst restaurant in Etowah, the service is awful, the employees and I'm assuming the Manger "Heather" have no idea what they are doing. Never have I been asked to show someone my bank account to prove an order. We will never go back to this restaurant.

This McDonald's needs a lot of help. Well the staff are trying their best it seems that their equipment just is constantly broken. They're toaster has been broken for over 2 months now so when you get a breakfast sandwich like a McMuffin that's supposed to be toasted and get it raw it's really disgusting. Also their ice cream machine and lattes have been down too
