I want to clarify that I was not rude or showing any attitude toward the customer. Many of our regular customers know that I’m always kind and polite. I was patient and took the time to explain why I needed confirmation on the order — it’s simply part of my job to make sure the food is given to the correct person. I remained calm and collected, even though the customer was causing a scene in front of others.
We care deeply about our customers, which is why we always ask for order confirmation before handing out food. This policy applies to everyone, including DoorDash drivers and online orders, so it isn’t directed towards one person.
The older lady mentioned is actually the owner of the restaurant, and Savannah Moss has ordered from us several times and is aware that we always ask for confirmation as part of our process.

We were just passing through. I found this place on Google. We didn't have to wait for a table. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! If we ever come through here again. We will definitely stop and eat again!

They have rats this place I was paying for myesl a huge rat ran right in front of the cash register they don't care they just want the $$ shame on you all ppl get sick of you all dirty infected place no wonder the score was so low for the food inspection

I have a wing addiction. Up until trying the wings here and the one in Athens I swore strictly by Pizza Hut wings...I haven't been there in 5 months! Mexi wing has the absolute best wings I can remember having! The nuclear (atomic) I forget which is the hottest has heat AND a great taste which is hard to find. I'll be back again this week lol

Took my husband here for his birthday. Let me tell ya, the salsa and chips are the BEST I have ever tried. I ordered a #5 lunch special. Wowww. That was just fantastic. My husband got chicken fajitas lunch . Super great ans alot od food for your money. Wowww. I'm so glad we came here. Thanks staff.

Their hours are marked online and outside of their restaurant as 11am and 10 PM. Why is the door locked and it’s almost 12pm? Change your hours!
Called ordered cheese sticks. Got charged 13 dollars for cheese dip and chips. In what world is cheese that expensive. Called back said they can’t refund me because it’s been 10 minutes? I had to drive home. Came back they still charged me for cheese sticks and it was 7 bucks for 4 tiny cheese sticks. Very rude customer service. No refund on your own mistakes.

It's pretty good food for a decent price. Most of the family gets Mexican food, which is always pretty good. But my son gets their burgers and says they're amazing. We never have to wait too long to get our food, either. The only thing I could complain about, is they charge for refills on sodas.
