Our server was great. Very friendly and helpful. Food was good. I tried thier famous chicken tenders. I'd say it was a good value for the money. Some chairs are oddly uncomfortable. We had to switch a few out for newer ones.
The food and service is always great,my issue is it is so dirty I the whole place.Food on walls,menus,carpet.They are cobwebs everywhere.I want use the restroom here the womens is horrible they are questionable things on walls,toilet etc.If it had a good cleaning would be a lot better.I have stopped eating here for this reason.
we got the brisket. because it says that it is slow cooked for 23 hours. well if it was why was it tuff to chew up and hard to eat. 23 hours the brisket should have been very tender almost falling apart. I don't recommend the brisket at Michael's at all unless you like tuff chewy meat. I do not recommend. Michael's
