At least you don't have to worry about any of his scabs falling into the food.

February 6th, 2024I've been going to this subway for a couple of months now. Usually, I'll order online and hope that the sandwich will be done by the time I get there, most of the time it is, but sometimes it isn't. That's okay, sometimes places get busy, and I understand.I've noticed that when you order in person here its fine, they make a good sandwich to your specifications. When I order online, I've never had a mistake on my sandwich, until today. When I go to pick up online orders that are already done, I have had sandwiches so thin that there were barely any toppings added. I get a lot of toppings on a sandwich, so much so that sometimes it's hard for the sandwich artist to close it. When a sandwich with that many toppings is so thin that its mostly bread is unacceptable to me, but I don't complain.Today however, I ordered online, but the store was so busy that they had not had time to make my order. This actually turned out to be a good thing. At first the woman was by herself and then a male employee came in and began making my sandwich. It was online so he started using the receipt to make the sandwich. I had the opposite problem that I usually have. He put way too many toppings on the sandwich. Then he starts spraying mustard on the sandwich and I corrected him, "That's supposed to be honey mustard." The guy was so fast that I didn't have time to correct him before he'd already done it. He said he was sorry and that he misread that and put the honey mustard on top of the regular mustard, on the same sandwich. I just let him do it, no biggie. Then he attempted to close the sandwiches (I got two), which were so full that it made a giant mess. Then he cut the first sandwich in half. I corrected him and said the receipt said to cut the sandwich into three pieces. I told him to just cut it in to four. I haven't eaten the second sandwich yet, as I'm saving it for tomorrow, but I didn't see how many cuts he made so we'll see. Finally, when it was time for me to get my sandwiches to leave, he goes, "Do you have any coupons before you pay?" I'm like, "No dude I paid online, you just made my order with a receipt." Which was kind of funny to me, in a silly way.I have no issue with this employee he just seemed like he was in a hurry. I would only say that the attempt to make the sandwich was worth a D- in my book. I recommend to anyone, not just this guy, look at the receipt with more than just a passing glance. Had I not been here I'd have got a different sandwich than what I ordered. The inaccuracy of the order today, general slowness, and bad experiences with online orders bring the service to 2 stars, which I'd say is just below average. The only other issue that I generally have is that I don't like the music they play most of the time, which is okay because that's the employees choice. They are the ones there for hours at a time making sandwiches so music choice should be theirs. I'm not saying this as a complaint, I'm just saying: if you go to an establishment and don't like the music that's fine, because the employees will be there doing their jobs long before you arrive and long after you leave. So even though I dislike the music choice I can live with that. The employees are all always friendly and I've never had anyone act in a passive aggressive or unfriendly way to me. A+ on the friendly atmosphere. The annoying music brings the atmosphere down from a 4 star to a 3 star, but that's just my personal opinion. Even the guy who butchered my online order is a friendly person and I enjoyed talking with him.The food itself is the same quality as every other subway I've eaten at, so about average.Within everything said I'd currently give this place 3 stars.

They mess up your order every time online. Not sure if they can read. Something is always left off. This time lettuce and bread was old.

Visited this subway it was absolutely the best I have been to in forever the service was great everyone was greeted by the guy making the sandwiches he was absolutely wonderful if every business had someone as nice and ready to make your sandwich perfect he would be the one I’m not sure what his position is but he definitely would be an amazing training manager that floats to other locations his name is Devon and he definitely is a great example of what employees should be .

They are halfing amount of cheese and meat. 3rd time it's happened. Are they taking it home. It's crazy to pay 20 bucks for bread with no meat or cheese

When it comes to hiring people they seem to be playing on peoples time. The man who called to do an interview was the same man who didn't answer the store phone for 2 days straight afterwards, and could of at least said they weren't hiring anymore. Showed up to see what was going on and the man walked into the back after he got the name and came back out claiming to be a hiring manager as well. yet didn't want to do the interview and said the other hiring manager wasn't there. Which we could tell was a lie. Definitely no communication skills or any common decency.

i’ve never been one to complain but when your employees are high out of there mind and lose a sandwich right in front of you it’s a bit much you would think

I love the one in Etowah, TN. They are so nice. Tonight I got there just a few minutes before they closed and they actually took my order. Thank you all so much for everything you do.

Ordered mayo on my sandwich. Not much left on the container she was beating it out of. She told me she was trying to get rid of the old mayo before she got a new container. Hmmm... right there I should've ended my order.

Everytime I do a online order the sandwich is never right! I can never get anybody to answer the phone when I try to call and let them know!
