My wife and I are frequent customers of Dunkin’ Donuts and have never had a problem. That changed today. We ordered 2 drinks and they completely forgot what we ordered when we got to the window. When we were given the wrong thing 3 different times and asked to change it the worker made it very clear how upset she was to do her job. She then charged us for 2 drinks we never ordered and never refunded us for it. This is the most incompetent and rude group of people I have ever come across in my life. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously, as the current level of service is not reflective of the Dunkin’ Donuts reputation I once trusted.

ALWAYS out of product. EVERY TIME. Despite two different GMs, they are terrible at adequately ordering food/beverages inventory ect. Absolutely pitiful

It seems to be a business 100% focused on drive through customers. Forget walking into the store and expecting to have any interaction with anyone in any form of greeting or service. I asked if they sold ground coffee in the bag. No they do not. They also walk directly up to the point of sales register, avoid eye contact with you the customer, DO NOT announce one, or more, for lobby, and just clock out for either a break, or to leave and go home. I understand taking your break on time is important. I even asked about a donut and was then ignored for service beyond the answer. At no point was I addressed until I asked if this was their business practice to ignore their walk up customers inside the building. I do not recommend giving this location your business.

Went there today 9/02 first thing I noticed signs pinned to order board out of 3 of the most important things they carry as a coffee shop as I’m speaking to my passenger getting our orders together I hear from the attendant saying I can’t hear you I said I need just a second she then proceeded to give me a terrible attitude over the intercom I was very clear on what we wanted when I got to the window she told me she didn’t ring up one of my orders with a terrible attitude the. Asks me do I want it or not never gave me a receipt when I asked if everything was ok she told me they were really busy I was the only one in line and there weee three cars in the pklot but couldn’t hand me my napkins because her phone was in her hand I won’t be back horrible service along with bad attitudes and my order was wrong garbage at best

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF CUSTOMERS.. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!! Don’t throw kids into a job while the rest of you stand around and don’t even try to help them learn the job at all. They are not your puppets to just grab stuff for you or to wait on customers with no training at all on the register. Y’all would rather talk about people n smoke cigarettes instead of being a productive member to help others learn their job! Terrible attitudes of the staff and management. This lackluster issue is why you can’t have good help. If you’re too lazy to train then you need to reevaluate yourself.

Very bad customer service an employees doesn’t give you any reprint of your order
I don’t know if she manager or employees she have a really bad attitude. I pay for my stuff and she telling me all we don’t get free stuff until it’s not in the receipt. But she don’t wanna confirm with her employee first what is my order? I stand there I waste my time and my egg chz cold is corn now. really bad service
