I go here frequently but im seriously debating ending my business here. I spend probably atleast $50 a week. I put an order in at the wrong store and called 16 times then 2 more times in the afternoon never an answer. So I go in to get Store credit and they refuse to help they tell you to use the app and that's a joke cause the app just says its not available. You send an email and never hear back. This is my second major issue. Im allergic to red meat and about 6 months ago they gave me regular sausage and when I told them about it all they said was oh so sorry about that. Didn't try to remake it or anything and I never rated that but I kept going back cause they made sure to be cautious but then this happens and they won't work with me as often as I go there. AVOID THIS LOCATION! heck at this point if your concerned with customer service don't count on getting it from dunkin they will just Stonewall you when you have an issue! Apparently this customer service has been poor for awhile at this location. If they ever reach out I might edit this review but doubtful since its been 5 days! I can can more about this l I cation but I don't usually complain but this made me mad. The manager has zero concern for customers clearly. I've managed fast food before and I know they don't completely 100% tie a store managers hands. They just don't like to help customers with issues.

Staff member had an attitude & acted as if she didn't want to be there or help me. We were only passing through on a 14 hour road trip & that made us leave. Definitely not interested in spending money with those who act like they don't want it anyway.

I will not be stopping here anymore. There are two specific ladies that are heavyset that worked there whenever they are there they have an attitude towards everyone. They’re not nice. They don’t make the drinks right overall horrible service from those two they should be fired or demoted to cleaner. They have no customer service qualities that would make anybody want to come back there. When it asks for a certain type of latte and you huff and puff and roll your eyes, there is a problem with you. And that is why I walked out and left. Those two excuses for employees don’t deserve the credit for selling me anything until those ladies are fired. This place will not get my money ever again.

The manager or whoever she was, was very rude in front of small children. The guy taking my order charged me for extra things and when I caught it they got mad. Will not be going back.
