Went in on Tuesday afternoon about 5 o'clock and waited 10 min for service only to find store to have almost no Donuts. Went back on Wednesday about 4 o'clock and managed to buy 7 chocolate covered, 6 glazed and 2 old fashion donuts. All were stale beyond being edible. Went to another location (Bellevue about 12:30) to see if it was just one location, it wasn't. Apparently no Donuts are made onsite anymore and are delivered first thing in the morning. So they aren't fit to eat by lunch time. As much as it disappoints me to say so, I will not be back.

When I pulled up to the store the three employees of this Dunkin were all standing by the entrance door smoking with no one inside running the doughnut shop. As we approached the door one of the workers pulled the door open and walked behind the counter and the other two walked in behind us and started waiting on the woman that was in the store before we walked in. The store is newly remodeled and looks great . The worker who rang me up had a difficult time working the register and seemed either new or inexperienced. I bought three doughnuts and twelve munchkins and a Charlie coffee drink and took them home to eat. The doughnuts and munchkins I ordered were all stale as if they had been sitting for quite some time. The doughnuts looked fine in the case but were not fresh and when my wife took a drink of the coffee drink I had brought her it was undrinkable. This is the Dunkin that is close to my house and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. It just doesn't match the quality that I have come to expect from Dunkin.

The one thing I will give this location, is everyone is super friendly and gets me through the drive-thru very fast. But the coffee is GOD AWFUL. And I always get a large ice coffee with French vanilla flavor and cream. And it tastes like some carcass died in my cup, always!! It’s honestly embarrassing how many chances I have given this place. I’ve been going here consistently since late 2021, I’ve seen the 100 different managers, but the worst thing they did to that location, was fire Joey and Celeste. They were a power duo, the coffee was always amazing, and their attitude was even better. Once they were gone the coffee went downhill more and more everyday. Super frustrating, I hope someday soon they figure it out, because I will give them all my money!

This Dunkin is attached to a gas station. They have their own entrance and you can enter through the gas Station side also. Just had couple of doughnuts and the staff seemed friendly and fast. No complaints.
