NOT WORTH IT! 20 minute wait with no line in the drive thru. They messed up all my drinks slightly.. and all the food was burnt to a crisp. They didn't give me anything I can possibly eat. The workers did not have manners and they pressured me to tip.

The worst Dunkin Donuts in TN. For years. They consistently will not listen to your order. If I ask for “light ice,” they fill the cup ½ to almost ¾ full of ice. $6 for a cup full of ice? One guy had to remake my mocha latte twice because he forgot (1.) to add chocolate (2.) and the second time he didn’t add the Expresso. Pics below show the amount of mocha latte and the ⅔ cup of ice from today, 10/17. Ridiculous. DO BETTER.

Love their white cream donuts. Sad for the first time today it was less than half filled with the white cream. What's driving through town on the way to a meeting and didn't have time to swing back. Staff was very nice

Absolute train wreck! Place is dirty, dingy and frankly gross. Service was terrible. Not a single person in there but us and we waited about 5-8 minutes to be helped. Coffee was wrong (cold vs hot), couldn't find the item we ordered on the menu. Food was completely wrong. The place is poorly managed and so short staffed it is ridiculous!! Stay away!

Fairview dunkin donuts is the best dunkin donuts ove been to. There iced coffee with French vanilla and caramel is my absolute favorite and it tastes amazing. And they are so so friendly... Best Dunkin Donuts around !!!
