We were told to wait out front for our order after going through the drivethru. We waited 30 minutes for our order and had to go at that point so we weren't late to our son's game. Tried going inside to ask and the doors were locked to get in. I contacted them to get a refund on the order we never received, and I have repeatedly been told it would be taken care of followed by radio silence. Nobody even responds now and since I've been fighting to get this refund for 9 months now, they clearly do not care that they stole our money. Please never give business to this store.

This is truly the worst. Maybe a 2 minute drive from my house, but I would drive to WB or Dickson first. Last few times I've thrown my coffee out because it tastes rancid. I've gone inside to get service before and the employees have completely ignored me. I just walked out. The music is blasting so you'dhave to shout to get anyone's attention. Drive thru people are nicer but the coffee is truly horrible. Don't waste your money.

Took way to long to get food. i order 4 wake-up wraps and they came out all burnt the bacon does not look cooked and the cheese it burnt. The people are rude and will not be coming back.🙄🙄🙄

The coffee is always burnt, wattered down, or overpowered by syrup. Donuts were cold and stale the two times I ordered them. Service was slow and order has been messed up during multiple separate visits. Was told to wait at the mailbox for the last part of our order, waited 10 minutes, walked inside to get a refund, food was "ready" and cold on the counter waiting for them to bring it out.
Definitely the worst Dunkin I've ever been to.

The tables and seats were dirty. My donut was good. Service was ok. There were only 2 people working there. Mostly just goofing off, not even really working. Took 20 minutes to get 1 donut, a refresher, and an iced vanilla latte. The latte tasted really bitter and had no vanilla flavor at all. The refresher was good.

Was not serving drive thru so had to walk on. 3 employees working, nobody but me at the counter, waited 5 minutes at the counter listing to gossip to be acknowledged even had an employee walk right past me going on break. All I wanted was a Hot Latte, told her twice only to be served an ice latte. When corrected on the order, her & the other employee were talking under their breaths about how i didn't say Hot! Lol.. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for that. Took 35 minutes to get a large hot latte with no other customers in front of me. Unacceptable!!

Second time I've gone to this location and they've said the drive thru is "broken" and "we aren't open inside" at 7:15am with a line of cars waiting in the drive thru. They had two high school aged kids sitting at a table (not in a uniform) one unlocked the door just to tell me they were “closed on the inside” and the girl behind the register said "why are you letting her in?" Before she ran to the back. So weird.

So we go into this place today and there is one other person waiting for food. My girlfriend and I are just standing there looking at the menu. We end up waiting there for over 10 minutes and not a single person acknowledged our presence. We decide just to order from the app instead so we did and sat down and waited. Another 10 min goes by and I thought my order didn't go through so I order again. When Another 15 min went by I finally walked up to the counter and asked what the hold up was. The girl on the other side of the counter said they don't start making the order until someone walks up and says they're there to pick up the order which is completely absurd and not a single other restaurant I know of handles app orders that way. Also come to find out they got both orders I placed which I had no way of knowing since neither of the two girls working there cared to acknowledge that we were the only ones standing in the lobby in the first place. While I waited for them to make our order I asked for a refund on the first order I placed and she said they don't issue refunds amd I would have to call corporate. Bottom line this place has zero customer service, they operate backwards from every other restaurant and I will never be patronizing that place ever again. I see now why we were the only ones there. It's time for this place to be shut down.

When I walk into a business I generally expect a hello, how are you, how can I help you. I walked up to order and the young lady literally looked at me...that's it, no words, nothing. I order...no thank you nothing, just handed me the receipt. They need to install a board with subtitles or I suppose I'll just try to read their minds. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
