Absolute train wreck! Place is dirty, dingy and frankly gross. Service was terrible. Not a single person in there but us and we waited about 5-8 minutes to be helped. Coffee was wrong (cold vs hot), couldn't find the item we ordered on the menu. Food was completely wrong. The place is poorly managed and so short staffed it is ridiculous!! Stay away!

Had to wait at the drive thru for over 3 minutes to try to place an order when they had absolutely no customers either inside or in the drive thru. Once they went to take our order, they didn't have or couldn't make anything we wanted. Horrible location, worst managed location, Dunkin do better!

Fairview dunkin donuts is the best dunkin donuts ove been to. There iced coffee with French vanilla and caramel is my absolute favorite and it tastes amazing. And they are so so friendly... Best Dunkin Donuts around !!!

Updating review. My whole family was caught in the recent crazy weather in Fairview on the way home. Rain and winds were super heavy. We stopped at Dunkin in Fairview hoping to seek shelter. Omgoodness the kindness shown. Andrew and Crystal welcomed us in and offered us hot coffee to warm us up. We were all wet and cold but their kindness made us all warm up! Thank you.
Friendly staff I especially like the avocado toast with an egg and bacon or egg and cheese tortilla wrap for breakfast!
don’t even bother coming here. waited over 10 minutes at the window in the drive thru, just for my drink to be wrong (ordered cold foam, & of course they didn’t put the cold foam on top) and them to tell me to pull up to the mailbox for my food, had to wait another 15 minutes & they never came out. I had to leave. would recommend just going next door to McDonald’s for breakfast & a coffee, or better yet Fairview Donuts..

We were told to wait out front for our order after going through the drivethru. We waited 30 minutes for our order and had to go at that point so we weren't late to our son's game. Tried going inside to ask and the doors were locked to get in. I contacted them to get a refund on the order we never received, and I have repeatedly been told it would be taken care of followed by radio silence. Nobody even responds now and since I've been fighting to get this refund for 9 months now, they clearly do not care that they stole our money. Please never give business to this store.

This is truly the worst. Maybe a 2 minute drive from my house, but I would drive to WB or Dickson first. Last few times I've thrown my coffee out because it tastes rancid. I've gone inside to get service before and the employees have completely ignored me. I just walked out. The music is blasting so you'dhave to shout to get anyone's attention. Drive thru people are nicer but the coffee is truly horrible. Don't waste your money.

Took way to long to get food. i order 4 wake-up wraps and they came out all burnt the bacon does not look cooked and the cheese it burnt. The people are rude and will not be coming back.🙄🙄🙄
