Really liking Hardee’s better nowadays. The service had gotten pretty slow in the past. However I think his name is Jacob? Works drive thru etc. anyway he is excellent, very friendly and attentive to customers. Checks to see if everything is ok in dining room. Seems to be glad to be at work and smiles. Makes you feel appreciated as a customer and person.

I bought a cheeseburger. The meat was pink inside and the burger was almost saturated with ketchup. I took a napkin and wiped off what I could. It was awful. I threw it away.

I havr been a regular customer of this hardees for going on 10 years now. Not once have I ever been disappointed when ordering. The food is always fresh and far above in quality vs the mcdonalds across the street. I am not sure what happened with the others who have given this place bad reviews. I can only speak for myself and my family and we love this place.

November 25, 2023 around 4:50pm had to wait for a long time to get to place order. Chocolate shake & fries that’s it. Fries were cold but the worst part was how rude the woman in the Ohio State Hat & shirt was. Even when we said thank you she didn’t say anything just walked away rudely.whatever happened to service with a smile.
Short staffed and super busy due to McDonald's being closed, they were super communicative and apologized a ton for the wait. All while getting the order correct. Staff had great attitudes.
I am not even that person to write a review, but......I ordered a kids meal...no toy or kids bag. I was, however, offered a pie in its place. There were literally 6 pickles in the middle of a kids burger?! I ordered 2 snack wraps with no lettuce, opened them, lettuce!! The fries were all clumped together and nothing was even hot! Also, they weren't even busy!! Not a good experience, at all!!
