Takes forever to get drinks. Service inattentive. If a party orders shareable apps why isn't the runner bringing plates and silverware? No one knows what the two rotating taps are. Food is on point every time but service needs help

We tried this place today and it wasn't a good experience. We waited about an hour for our food. Even the waitress said it should be right out half way but we waited much longer. The fish tacos were a joke. Tortilla wasn't even warmed or softened. Just a few small pieces of fried fish and cabbage. Never told us no onion rings till food came out, just replaced with fries, was charged for them on our bill till we brought it to their attention. Waitress wasn't attentive.

Why does your website display daily special prices ($7.49) & not honor them? Bait & Switch We tried your restaurant once & had a bad experience with food & service. Today we thought we would give it another chance since we live so close. So, so disappointed!!! Burgers overcooked & dry.

Simply appalled. Cleanliness, both of the overall resteraunt environment and the staff themselves, is clearly not a priority for starters. The bathroom i was in should've had a hazard sign on it with the state it was in, I could hardly breathe upon walking in. Floors are absolutely disgusting, they had sticky tables and booths, and there were dead bugs covering the windowsill right next to me in our booth. Our server was incredibly unprofessional and took a while to even greet us, and our drinks took even longer to come back. Once our food came out we couldn't find our server, and our food had come out cold, and my order was wrong entirely. By the time our server finally made it to our table, we were more than ready to leave, drinks had remained empty since a little before they brought food out, and it took our server several more minutes to bring our check over while it didn't look busy, and it just didn't seem like they cared or could be bothered with us at all throughout the night. Tonight was absolutely ridiculous, and we will not be returning again.

My server was Kelsey last night litterly the worst service I gotten there she was so rude to my table then ignores my table for awhile my wife was us set. No refill on our drinks then she’s taking her friends baby in the kitchen very dangerous! She should not be a server me and my wife have worked in the industry for years that girl is so unprofessional it’s not even funny. Especially since it was slow. We saw this other server running around taking care of his tables we wish we would have had him tbh.

I love how Jefferson's keeps things simple yet delicious — their fried pickles are a must, and they come out perfectly crunchy every time. The burgers are juicy, and the portions are just right for a solid meal without breaking the bank.

We've given Jefferson's a try at least 10 times now. Over time, it has just gotten worse. The last 4 times in, the food takes forever, the service has been terrible, and there isn't any familiar wait staff or bartenders. There seems to be high turnover as the wait staff always says they are short-handed. The taps are always broken or have been for us. There are no offers to solve these issues, not even a different drink or maybe even a bottle option. Then we get every reason, even one stating that they different have their alcohol certificate and that's why the drinks haven't arrived. It's sad because we really want to like this place, but in the future if we do eat here it will only be to go.

Ordered online and should of looked before I left ,fries were hard as a rock and cold. Salad was wilted and nasty looking.I should of took it back but didn't want to get out again ,next time I'll just buy some bologna and crackers. $30 bucks thrown in the trash can. No more Jeffersons.

I ordered some Buffalo tenders and fries. The tenders were not even warm when they came out. The fries were nice and hot. That was my first visit. I'll probably try it again and give it at least one more chance. The atmosphere was good. Football games were on. Beer was nice and cold.
The food was great, but our service was outstanding!! Sean Christian was extremely attentive, helpful and super funny! He made our dining experience extra enjoyable!
