Very good McDonalds to get Mickey D's at in Fairview, Tennessee off TN 100. Always hot and tasty on the quarter pounders and big macs. Very good Unsweetened Tea and cold drinks!!!! Tasty breakfast menu too!!!!! Im lovin it!! 🙂

Service at this location SUCKS!! I was there on Thursday, August 28th. It was around 930-940 area. I walked in, waited and waited. Even raised my voice and spoke to let them know I needed to pick up an order. I looked at my time after standing there. 7 minutes later, still no response. There were 4 people up front. One girl kept looking over at me while she was stocking cups I believe. Her lashes were so long I’m surprised she could see. They were pretty but her attitude changed that. There was a guy on what I’m guessing is the drive thru screen at the wall behind the counter. I could tell the customer in drive thru was getting on his nerves. Another guy come up and was asking the girl what to get done before he left. She acted like it was a sin to communicate with him. Then there was someone popping back and forth at the drive thru window. Still during all this time, I should have been acknowledged then for me to raise my voice stating I needed to pick up the delivery order and still being ignored, that’s absurd!! I wish there were a way to give 0 stars to review. I hated to for my customer, but I had to let the app unassign me because this restaurant does not have their crap together or they let incompetent people run it! You WONT have me back as a service provider or customer! There are several others who feel the same. I’m not about failure, but this particular location either needs a clean out of who operates it or a complete shut down!

I really don't understand why it's so difficult for them to simply read an order and make sure every item is in the bag BEFORE handing it to the customer but these McDonald's employees excel at it. I've given them chance after chance but it's clear I need to stop wasting my money here. Good riddance

Are we serious right now? For the past month, every time I have driven past this establishment, no matter the time or day, the line is around the building. I have waited in line for up to 45 minutes simply for a meal just for it to be wrong or cold. It’s simply ridiculous. Like what’s going on? And yes, I could just leave and go somewhere else, but at some point it’s like well i’ve waited this long so… This used to be a very good McDonalds. I don’t know if they lost all of their staff or something but honestly in comparison to the building being shut down or keeping it how it is now? Just go ahead and shut it down. P.O.S. Why does it take 45 minutes in a drive-thru line to get a burger and cold fries and an incorrect drink?

The employees at this location are some of the rudest I have ever encountered. When I asked to speak to the store manager I realized why. I have never spoken to a more sarcastic, rude woman in my life

When you sit in drive through for over 15 minutes waiting for them to take your order… you tend to give up! They do one car at a time in the early mornings. Got two drive throughs but only does one car at a time!!! Lazy!! Pure Lazy!!! 4 of us drove off because of this! Learn to multitask!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable in our city!!!!!!! Calling corporate doesn’t get you anywhere either and calling the store gets you lame azz sorry’s!! This is totally uncalled for and ridiculous to run a business!!!!
