Hire more help! Last 2 times I've been to this location it has been so short staffed. Went today eith the intentions of dining in. Was asked to order on the app as the lady was working alone and didn't have time to take our order. She was there all by herself trying to take orders, make pizzas, answer the phone, everything. Same thing happened the last time we visited on a Sunday. Probably won't be coming back to this location again unless the management changes.

Ordered well before closing! Estimated delivery before closing! All of a sudden it was rerouted to DoorDash! The driver drove 40 mins to the location for them to be closed!!! Unbelievable! If I could give zero stars I would. Will be calling first thing. *I have all the pictures/emails for proof as well*

I went in with a group of friends today and we were the only people in there they weren’t busy at all. when we first went in there, there was only two people working. I ordered a personal pizza with black olives, and bread sticks. All of my friends had gotten there food so i went to go see where mine was and there was now one person working and she said the the ticket said i ordered just a cheese person pizza which isnt true considering the person who took my order repeated it back to me. Also in there there is literally insulation hanging out of the ceiling so the health department may wanna check that out.

Food was supposed to be delivered but they called and said they didn't have a driver and I would have to come get it or wait for door dash and considering my truck is broken down I had to wait for door dash. I got my pizza that was cold and fries that was soggy and cold almost 40 minutes late.

I order from here regularly but this time I was so unhappy. My cheese sticks were hard and my pizza was ice cold as ell as my wings and they will not answer.

Went and sat down with my husband. We waited about 15 minutes and no one came over to the table. All the employees were standing in a circle laughing and cutting up. We will not be co.ing back!

My last few pizza orders have had no sauce on them and my pepperoni pizza this time had maybe 6 or 7 on the whole pizza. I don't know whats going on but this franchise appears to be rationing ingredients. This will probably be my last order

Fairview TN Pizza Hut . we ordered 3 large pizza with extra toppings .we got pizza with hardly any sauce on it and actually what looked like less than usual toppings and we're charged 50 bucks
