The service here is so bad i went to order a chez it wrap and the chez it was stale and had specs of mold on it. I saw roaches in the bathroom and lobby. I wouldn't recommend.

i walked into this taco bell and i immediately knew something was off because there was this horrible smell but i just ignored it. i went to order and had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order. they were very rude to me and got my order wrong. i had paid for a large baja blast and they gave me a regular and refused to change it even when i showed them the receipt. they put tomato’s on my taco even though I requested for them to be taken off because I’m severely allergic. And the nacho cheese that goes with my nacho fries had a moldy smell And tasted funky. The staff was very rude to me and it looks like they hadn’t cleaned their floors and tables in days. It was a very dirty Taco Bell. I do not recommend eating here if you want to be happy with your Taco Bell experience.

I recently visited the Taco Bell and had a very disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I finally received my order, the food was cold and poorly assembled. The ingredients looked and tasted old, and it was clear that no effort was made to ensure quality. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty, with tables and floors that hadn't been cleaned in a while. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning anytime soon. I was racially profiled on many occasions by the same manager. No wonder why all the workers quit.

The late night staff are fantastic! They are always so nice and the food is always fresh! I came through 10/17/24 @ around 10 pm. I work late so when I come through it's always late and they never disappoint! The girl with blue hair is a pleasure and so is the manager!

I basically have gave up on going through drive-thru because the manager of the store if you ask for extra sauce for 4 items he'll give you four sauces even when you ask for extra he still will sometimes say exactly how many do you want instead of every other store where if you order 12 bean burritos and order extra sauce they'll throw a good Handful in there at least three per burrito.. our family makes fun of the Fairview Taco Bell because we can go into Nashville or Smyrna or Murfreesboro or Canyon County or about any other Taco Bell in the country and have no problem asking for sauce when you do give a number he'll say that's an awful lot ridiculing you on how much salsa you like. I don't think it's abnormal wanting three hot sauces for one taco I personally use 4 to 5 per taco. My sister made the mistake of going through the Fairview drive-thru yesterday two tacos and two bean burritos with plenty of sauce and he gave us four one per item other than that particular manager I love Taco Bell my family has always supported it since I was born and I'm almost 50

The food was wrong not made right we use. To love this taco bell but something is going on our fries we're soggy and barley season we got the new cheese it box comes with fries crunch wrap and a chess beef bean burrito. Needless to say that the only thing that was any good was my drink ? the cheese it crunch wrap had 1 little piece of cheese it on it I thought it was supposed to be bigger than just 1 small piece? My burrito was just beans that's it no cheese no beef wth is going on ?this is freaking upsetting we got 2 of those boxes and we always go there when we can shame on who ever made the food I didn't want to give any stars for the food
Workers, managers included, ignore customers. During their slowest period, around 2pm on a weekday. Couldn't get any service!!!! A damn shame. Grown men not able to do simple task

Used to be my favorite TacoBell, not sure what’s been up lately. Yesterday, I ordered a #2 which specifically says SOFT tacos, and received hard ones. No big deal, but today I go back for my #2 and receive regular soft tacos when it also specifically says SUPREME. The employees are careless and act as if THEIR mistake is MY problem.
