Great for a special occasion. It's a little too pricey for us to have too often (because we can't not indulge ourselves and end up getting an app, cocktails, meals, and a dessert to split), but for a birthday or anniversary, The Thompsons Kitchen is such a treat! The Cajun boudin balls were phenomenal! Caitlyn was an excellent, attentive server who described the menu items and specials perfectly.

We've eaten at Thompson's station many times. There are no big flashing signs outside over- advertising promises they can't keep. In fact, we drove past them probably 10 times when we first moved to the fairview area and didn't even see that it was a restaurant. And yet, they are always busy. This is grassroots good. People find this place without any shallow marketing ploys, enjoy what they have to offer, and not only return for a consistently good experience, we tell our friends.

Had a lot of out of town guests and we all decided to go to Thompson Kitchen. We got right in. My daughter Amber and her husband Matt go there frequently. The staff were great. Food and Cocktails were outstanding, we all ordered different entrees and all were delicious. Such a great atmosphere. We will be going back for sure.
