Every time I eat here I have a negative experience. I was the only customer in the restaurant. I placed my order. The waitress let the cook (who was standing in the back talking, just past the doorway from where they cook to the back of the building) know she had an order ready to call when he was ready. He basically ignored her for 5 minutes and continued to talk until she eventually just cooked my meal for me. The eggs were good but the bacon was burnt to a crisp. I dont blame the waitress at all, she tried, but the cook didnt want to do his job and I had to eat burnt bacon while I listened to him ramble nonstop from the back. It was infuriating. I won't be back and honestly a cook should not be employed if he does not want to cook

I really enjoy coming here and I am a frequent visitor. I just really need y'all to remember to put gravy on my breakfast bowls. I usually have to remind that I have gravy or I don't get it. The staff is great. I just want my orders to be correct and to not come in with the expectation something is going to be missing from my order. My visit was at 1am 9/26/25

Did not get out orders right the first time. I had ordered the exact same meal made the exact same way at EVERY OTHER LOCATION and they refused to make it that certain way. And the tea tasted absolutely disgusting, almost as if it had been left out all day. I'm never coming here to this location again.

I don't think I've ever complained or left a bad review, but this is the 3rd time in a row our order has been wrong. The eggs are always made scrambled, even if you ask for over easy, and I never get any add ons that I pay extra for. We always tip 20% or more because we appreciate the staff and their hard work, but 3 times in a row is a bit much.

They forgot the chocolate chip waffle for me. My husband had his whole meal almost eaten by the time I got 1 waffle. Not impressed
