5 stars, no, 6 stars, on second thought, make it 7 stars. Wrong: 8 stars. On third thought, make it 9 stars. Heck with it, give it 100 stars. No, I think I'll give it 101 stars. Great food from good people.

Have passed this place for a few yrs and wondered what they had. With the 20% tip question was $14 & change for brisket sandwich. Came with the bun with brisket on it and a side container for sauce.

Meat was bland. Tasted like it had been baked low and slow and not smoked low and slow. Bun didn’t hold the meat, had to put all the meat back on with my hand after grabbing it and it all slid out of the bun.

Sauce was like a mix of maybe ketchup, mayo with a hint of bbq but it didn’t fit with the meat.

Over all first experience id have better meat in the oven out of a chuck roast low and slow and get more for my money with better flavor. Disappointed but also from Texas and it’s hard finding decent bbq here in TN. Take care.

My food was 15 dollars for an okay pulled pork burger and a very small amount of mac n cheese…

The food was good, however I felt the need to cook the ribs for another hour or so in the oven in order to get them nice and tender. The pulled pork was great!

First time trying this place, left very disappointed. I ordered brisket bombs and one side, potato salad. The brisket bombs, or more accurately, egg rolls, contained few very small pieces of meat, so they were essentially egg rolls filled with cheese, corn, and black beans. The side portion was also disappointingly small. For what I paid for this "meal", I felt very cheated.

It's quite a set up for a food truck, it's very nice. Bbq was well made. It was a fun stop.
