Stopped by on our way to Memphis. It’s a little of the interstate but worth a stop. We had ribs, pork belly skewer, brisket bomb, potato salad and peach cobbler. Everything was very good. Although the seasoning was not my style it was still very good. Ribs had a great pull to them and the homemade spicy sauce was unique and good.the brisket bombs were awesome, think amazing southwest egg roll.
Had to give a star for the food....the portions are too small. The potatoe salad is horrible its like mashed potatoes the Mac tast like box macaroni but says it's baked? I did not eat the hush puppies they were too hard I got pulled pork it was cooked very well but flavorless the sauce is good but I will not be ordering here

A culinary surprise of tasteful combinations of brisket, black bean and corn salsa with a lime cilantro sauce. It was Da BOMB! OUTSTANDING! Wish I had gotten the loaded fries but the serving was just too big! Got to bring a friend next time! Thank you!

I stopped by here for the first time today. The food was absolutely fantastic as was the service. We had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. It was some of the best barbecue I've ever had. Unfortunately, they had run out of cobbler so I guess you have to get there earlier for that. We will definitely be back!! Wow. So much delicious in one place.
Brisket bombs are delicious! Try the pork belly as well! Great food and good service.

Went for a hike in Bowie nature park so looked for the closest bbq spot and found this little gem. Ordered as we were leaving the park and food was ready by the time we got there. Very nice set up, and friendly service once I walked up. We ordered the loaded single barrel fries which were amazing. My sister ordered the bbq pork sandwich which was perfect in every way, and the sides were crinkled fries and Mac and cheese. The fries were perfectly made and did not get soggy in our 10 minute ride to back to the house. My wife ordered the Memphis plate and the half rack of ribs were so tasty that they didn't need any help with bbq sauce. Came with 2 sides which she got potato salad which was a great tasting salad and Mac and cheese. I got the Natchez plate which was brisket and 2 sides. The brisket was very good and the coleslaw was very tasty. Before leaving I decided on the trio bomb which smelled wonderful but we were to full to eat it so will have it later.

We recently ordered Whiskey Fire for our sons wedding rehearsal and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Bryan was so helpful in getting the quote out to me and having the time down to the minute on when it would be ready. Fresh and hot and taste wonderful! The groom and his groomsmen enjoyed the leftovers the next day for lunch while getting ready for the wedding. It was my first time personally and it will not be the last. Thank you again!Dietary restrictions: Also add that my husband was recently diagnosed with Alpha-gal syndrome which means he can not eat any red meat or pork therefore Bryan had the smoke turkey option for him and he said it was wonderful as well.

This is THE BEST BBQ my family and I have had in a while. We had the turkey, burnt ends and sliced brisket (I wanted to try it all) and I got 2 of the pork belly skewers. For sides I got mac n cheese and okra. I was NOT UPSET! If you haven't tried this and have driven by it for the past few years wondering like I had, you need to stop and order. The girl that helped me was so sweet and recommended so many items to choose from. Definitely recommend. Next time it's gonna be the brisket bomb...can't wait to try that one.

I've passed this spot many times, I finally made the stop. The guy manning the fort, awesome, personable. They had a lunch special for the day - Two smoked turkey sliders and a side(not on their normal menu). Decided to go that route for my first time. I chose the mac n cheese for my side. Great decision. And I grabbed a blueberry cobbler to round out my experience. The turkey was fantastic and flavorful, the bbq sauce was great, the slaw and farmhouse-style pickles that I put in my slider, amazing. I'll be going back to try their Brisket Bomb. Highly recommend.
