My family and I ,including 3 kids under 5, arrived around 5:40. We got seated right away, but we waited for our waiter over 15 minutes. I had to get up and let someone know and then we finally got attended to. We then waited another 50 minutes before receiving our food. During this entire time we never got refills either, even after asking. I understand if it were super busy for there to be a delay. But I don’t feel it was that busy for us to have waited for so long and not have good service. Although, the food was good, I definitely won’t be going to this location again due to the service.

We ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the smasher burger with fries and I asked for the salad to go. When they brought the salad it was in a cup of soup container. It literally had three bites of salad in there. I was shocked. There is no way this is how they prepare salads to go. If they do then I hope others have complained about not getting what they are paying for. My husband ordered the QP burger with fries and chips and salsa for his starter. The waiter was always letting our drinks run out and we kept running out of salsa too. We used to go there all the time but if this is going to be the new norm then we will have to find a new restaurant to go to.

First time here and fell in love with the place!! Our server, Tristian, was the one who made it an enjoyable atmosphere. He was quick, funny, and made sure we had the best experience while we ate. He did a song for our birthday boy and was always having a smile on his face. Would HIGHLY recommend coming and will always ask for Tristian when we come back.

The food was amazing, and the birthday song was amazing as well. I have not seen any other restaurant do the birthday song like this chilis it’s really amazing. The best part of the entire experience was our water, Elijah. He was genuinely the best waiter I’ve ever met. He made jokes with us and sung us a birthday song and he served our food really well, best waiter I have ever met.
