I was there tonight and they undercooked my sliders. I threw them up in the bathroom and the manager wouldn’t comp it. He was rude and didn’t understand that undercooking a burger isn’t ok

Our server was great, we went on a Sunday evening around 5:30, and it wasn't busy at all. Maybe 5 or 6 other groups in there.... We ordered our food and it took almost 50 minutes to get to us. When it finally did the noodles had been overcooked(and that's what we were told was being waited on when we asked how much longer it was gonna be after waiting almost 40 min). We LOVE chilis and it's usually our first choice for a night out with our family but maybe it's just this location isn't the best because when we go to the one up on Kingston pike we never have issues with wait time or cooking of food. I gave it 3 stars because the server was great.

These restaurants seem to be doing ok judging from how busy it was. My guess is because they keep their prices very competitive in this grocery inflation era. They need more help/servers to deliver those cheap meals to the tables.

We came in and we're seated pretty quickly, but it took about 20-25 minutes for a server to even come and ask what drinks we wanted, we ordered our drinks and waited probably another 10 minutes on them to come out (we had a party of three, two adults and one child) the drinks were brought out by someone else. We were here for a total of 45-50 minutes and left considering we hadn't even gotten to place our actual food order and we had watched our server help a table on the other side of the wall about 4 separate times after we had placed the drink order. I've never been blatantly ignored like that at a restaurant by my server I was shocked that that's how we were treated here. I will not be coming back to this location and I would advise anyone that's thinking about coming to this location to either just drive out further to a different one or have a backup plan for something else to go eat afterwards because chances are you won't even get to place your order.

Zero seasoning on my sirloin that I asked for medium, they sent it rare. I sent it back it came back still oozing and yes I am aware of what a medium steak looks like, this wasn't it. No flavor, whatsoever. The clinton highway location has a terrific steak, tender and flavorful. Don't waste your money by coming here.

The front entrance floor is so greasy I kept sliding on it. We waited a long time to be acknowledged for seating; waited a long time to be approached by a server at the table; and they had no kids milk nor apple juice.
Do not order delivery from this Chilis. Consistently does not check orders or send right items.

Got the carne asada with corn tortillas, man was it delicious. Service was very quick and polite and we were seated instantly after being welcome to an employee opening the door for us . Great experience!
