We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas w/ancho-chili ranch along with 12 chicken wings (BBQ and Sweet Chili). What we received was a Chicken quesadilla without bacon, cheese or ranch with a side of regular ranch. It did not have any flavor. This dish is one of our favorites and it was sad to eat.Wings may have had sauce on them but like the chicken, no flavor.Service was terrible. Waitress walked by several times without looking in our direction.For us, this location was the best in Knoxville but after the visit, it isn't any more.

Place is fine - service and facilities are fine, but this has to be the stingiest Chilli's location I've ever seen. They upcharge for EVERYTHING and have the smallest portions of any Chili's (note the portion of fries I was served), it definitely does not live up to the brand.

We ordered the Santa Fe burger. It was a great experience. The burger and fries were delicious. Lots of people were coming and going but we had no wait. They had many screens playing a variety of sports. We will definitely go back.
