The chicken is really good, but for $16 for a half of a chicken, you would think that you would be offered at least one complimentary side with it. The guy working in there was not very friendly. There was an Asian cooking show on the TV. I asked him if this was a Korean cooking channel and he said, "I don't know what you're watching."

Not feeling all the 5 star reviews here. I seriously did not feel like the "whole chicken" was actually a Whole chicken. The legs seems disproportioned to the rest of the pieces, yes.. i know they are "cut up".. There was only one piece of thigh meat in our "whole chicken". My wife and I both felt that it was overly salty and overpriced. The popcorn shrimp was ok.. the sides of cole slaw were anemic for $5 a pop. Spending $50 for a take out dinner for 2... left us feeling that we didn't really get our moneys worth and the salt level was over the top. Seriously... I would rather order an actual whole fried chicken from Kroger or Publix for $9 over spending $24 for CM "whole chicken". Can't see us returning.

We went during Christmas time and the food was good but lacked atmosphere. I enjoyed the garlic spicy tenders as it had a good flavor. I do think pickled rash should come with it but you can get it on request as I didn’t see it on the menu. The atmosphere was a bit disappointing though. Definitely should use the tvs to play some Korean music videos and create a fun vibe!

I’ve been here 3 times now. Twice for dine in and one for take out. All three times the food was great. Can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu. Although the service two of the times was pretty bad, both times from the same middle aged Asian gentleman. He was pretty rude and extremely condescending to my family and guests. At first I thought it was just me but I noticed this same behavior he was having with other customers. I don’t care how good your food is; if you are anything less then respectful to my family then I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
My family and I were so excited when Cm Chicken opened and ate there very often. Tasty true KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) in the middle of TN! However the quality of the food started to go down slowly in time and now they’ve gotten so cheap with their sauces, it’s embarrassing to call it true “Korean CM Chicken!” Never mind the poor service…

Had been in store once before and was pleased, and was anxious to show others in the family. We ordered DoorDash. Order came pretty luke warm, but that was solved easily. 2 real problems: first we ordered 3 different flavors, but the boxes were not labeled so we had no idea which was which. All 3 were to have some sauce, but one had nothing and was totally bland. We ordered all tenders, but the portions were not only incredibly small but were mostly breading. Back to Popeyes, Chick Fil A and grocery store sauces.
