I waited an hour for my roll. My partner finished his already, and I couldn’t even eat mine while we were there. When I asked, they said it would take even longer. Terrible experience.

came for Sushi, it was very good. The service was great! I will come back sometime. I wasn’t going to come to this place due to some reviews but I’m glad I didn’t turn it down.

First time trying this place and was NOT disappointed. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. I ordered the Rainbow Roll and it was phenomenal! Our waiter was very friendly and gave great recommendations. Thank you for a great experience.

So glad I found here. Food is absolutely authentic, the seatings are designed so considerate that it feels almost private to dine in. This place is kept so clean and neat, and even the room tem water tasted good with no tap water aftertaste as is typical in restaurants. I'll not need to find other places for Japanese food yay 😊

Came in on a Saturday night around 6:40. We had a movie around 8pm. Our table was repeatedly ignored over the course of an hour with empty drinks. Around 7:50 we told the restaurant we had to leave soon and we were willing to pay for what we had already received. We were told that we could not leave without either paying for what we had not received yet or by taking them to go. Fortunately our food arrived mere seconds later but the rude service, exceedingly long wait times, and lack of attentiveness made this an unpleasant experience. The food was excellent but not worth it for the poor service.

The food is a 10/10 amazing but the service is absolutely awful the whole place is run by two tween boys which is lame cause it’s not their fault but there really needs to be an actual adult in charge or at least training the children

Slow service due to difficulty getting help, but friendly and the food is fantastic. Love the place. Favorite place in Farragut!

Excellent nigiri and rolls! The karaage appetizer is also a must! Service can tend to be slow during dinner rush hours. But the food has been great overall!

Do not recommend overpriced and poor quality! We were looking for an authentic place with great food and nice atmosphere but what a disappointment. We ordered sushi with a snow crab ( according to menu) but instead of snow crab they put in crab sticks. Sushi were the grocery store quality. Chef didn't use gloves when preparing food and all food arrived separately so party of 4 couldn't enjoy meal at the same time. Not to mentioned wait time for the first dish to arrive was 45 min.

Tried to eat here twice, both times we arrived and were immediately told “um, it’s going to be a while” in a monotoned, uninterested tone. Of course, we ask “well, about how long?” to which the response was “absolutely no idea.” Same host, same response both times. Once on a Thursday and the second on a Saturday. I don’t mind waiting, but most restaurants can give you an approximate wait time. Not sure if they honestly don’t want the business or they didn’t like the way we looked. Which I wouldn’t mention that if not for the previous reviews stating prejudice based on appearance. Either way, I gave it two attempts with no plan on a third. With more than a handful of options a restaurant should not take patronage for granted.

Local Japanese flavor, but lack of staff. When we entered the restaurant, waiters and owner didn’t greet us and we have to find tables by ourselves. The food is good.
