This is the slowest firehouse I have ever been to. They are not even that busy and it still took 31 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Also I had a reward and they would not honor it in store. Make sure to check your order as well.

TYLER IS AMAZING!!!! VERY SMART AND EDUCATED ON THE PRODUCTS!! HE DESERVES 10 STARS!! he gave me a warning about the Carolina reaper in the spicy dill hook and ladder!!! And I must say that was the best sandwich I have ever eaten... this has become my favorite firehouse ever!!!!! I 100% will be coming back asap!!!

Came in 20 min after store opened. The soda machine wasn’t on, they were still counting the register and I had to wait ten minutes for them to finish just to order my sandwich (I was the only customer in the store). I then had to wait 20 minutes before getting my sandwich, all while being the only customer. I’ve had quicker service during lunch rush.
