Today was the second time I have ordered a NY Steamer to go fully involved, only to get home and the sandwich only has cheese and mayo on it. Am I ordering this wrong, I thought fully involved included numerous item added to the sandwich. Otherwise, the service was very good and quick, and the store is very clean.

It makes no sense that I place an online order, show up 10 minutes later, see people in line ordering their food, and then they get their food while I’m still waiting for mine to be made. It’s not a one time thing either, this has happened three times so far. Don’t bother with online pickup if you need to get back to your work shift, there is a 50/50 chance that you’ll be waiting.It’s sad because I love their food, and know that they are busy at lunch time. If everyone else’s food was late, I’d get it. But online orders are second priority and you will know this.

I placed a Grubhub order for my employees 24 hours in advance. It was even confirmed by them the next morning. At the time my order was supposed to be delivered (12:00 pm), they cancelled the order, stating they were out of a menu item. They made no attempt to contact me and see if I would like to substitute an item. Just cancelled it. So now I am left with 8 employees with no lunch. Terrible service.

Went in the store on the afternoon of Wednesday Dec 13 to place a sub platter (1) catering order for Saturday. The nice lady in charge that afternoon went somewhere out of sight and spoke to the manager. She returned and told me they would not be able to fill my order since it was for Saturday and they would be busy and understaffed. Really?? Live and learn ... went online and ordered our food from Chick-fil-a who could and did fill our order PERFECTLY.

After having recently been on a month-long roadtrip vacation to various states and eating at Firehouse Subs in different cities, I have to say Farragut is the absolute best - hands down. Wow, I didn't realize how much of a difference in quality there could be at different locations... But there is and the Farragut location DEFINITELY makes the best veggie subs I've tasted. Keep it up because I will be coming back in for more lol. I miss you!Vegetarian options: Excellent veggie variety on sub

I wish I was kidding, but literally HALF of the times I go through their drive-thru to pick-up an order they fail to answer the window. I end up going inside to find six or so employees in the food prep area with at least two of them doing absolutely nothing. Please either fix your drive-thru bell or fix your employees.
This location of Firehouse subs, has the best friendly service.And the ladies powder room is always fresh and clean.

I wanted to add a more recent review, since many are old and perhaps unfairly influencing this business. We ate there today; it was fine and on par with other Firehouse Subs we have visited. At 1:30 in the afternoon it was fairly busy, but we got our food promptly. Love the hook and ladder.

a guy named Joe who said he was a manager was behind the counter. My son asked for a gluten free grilled cheese for my granddaughter. they have done this before.. 2 pieces of gluten free bread , cheese a n d run it thru the toaster. this was 4 pm on Saturday and the place wasdeserted. . Joe refused.. heacknowledged that they had gluten free bread but said they don't make that kind. of sandwich. the web site advertises fresh custom subs and vegetarian choices and kid s meals.I don't understand. there wasno discussion of price or money. Joe just refused to make the sub The grandmother (me) is not happy.we eat there often and it is convenient for take out. but not anymore . we left. 6 orders went to Pizza Kitchen who serves gluten free pizza. and treated us well.Vegetarian options: False advertisementKid-friendliness: my granddaughter has to have gluten-free. meals and is vegetarian. Don't advertise that you are kid friendly and serve custom subs.
