Food came out cold and wrong, then when they fixed it the order was missing cheese. After we got our food fixed Cassandra kept coming to our table trying to rush us out, and then took my plate away while I was trying to finish it.

Actually the worst service I’ve had in my life. Our server would disappear for 30 minutes at a time, forgot our drinks and forgot to put in one of our orders, we had to flag down other servers to get anything and when we finally did come to the end of our meal. Getting the correct tickets took 30 minutes to get it all right. The food was amazingly delicious and the coffee was perfect but this service has made it a breakfast from hell. Would never recommend for anyone to come to this first watch, the others are just fine.

For an excellent start of the day.....amazing atmosphere, great breakfast choices. I ordered veg omelet and French toast......amazing taste. And service was excellent considering how busy they were. Seems a popular choice for breakfast for many. Do try! You will love it.

I am old enough to remember when breakfast and soul food were inexpensive.
Went to pickup a to go order today. Wife was told to wait. When she asked for a manager, she was told that the (only) manager there cooks so he/she can’t be in the front of house to handle issues. 15 mins later, she was told they “lost” our order and that it would be another hour if we wanted food from there. Second time we’ve had problems like this here.
Have a friend who runs a First Watch down in FL. Apparently, the ones here in Knoxville are franchised and run poorly.
Don’t waste your time.

Be ready to spend 2 hours here! We waited for over an hour after ordering to finally get our food. It wasn't just our table, but the entire section waited for over an hour. There were 4 persons or less at the tables so not sure why the long wait. I wish I could say this was a single incident, but this is the 3rd time that we have waited for 45 to 60 mins for food after ordering. Bye, First Watch Farragut. Ill spend my money somewhere else.

Where do I start? Didn’t receive one complete meal of French toast. Never. Did not receive water. Did not get refills Waitress did not check on us after we all received food Food appearance was food. Food was good. Service was horrendous. Non existent. Went inside bathroom to wash hands - not one employee inside restaurant - all were in kitchen. We waited so long, hopeful that our waitress would come out and offer us refills or to go cups that never happened so we utilized a kids plastic cup to pour one drink in it, then walked up to the front and checked out ourselves
Normally would tip 20 to 25% because that is always the proper thing to do however, you cannot tip someone when they do not provide a service
