Wow! My mouth is watering thinking about the poke bowl I enjoyed yesterday. It was that good!!! I was traveling through Tennessee for work, and this popped up when I was looking for a quick, healthy gluten free option. The food was amazing and the customer service was incredible. Kelly walked me through everything, and told me what I was safe to have with a gluten allergy. Almost everything is gluten free, which was so exciting! I really loved the wasabi crema and another marinating sauce that he had recommended me try; it had a little kick to it, but was also perfectly sweet. Thanks Kelly for a great visit! I hope to be back soon!

This place is SUCH a gem. The employees are so kind and patient with explaining everything, and the food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. There are soooo many options, and you get a huge portion. It’s very reasonably priced as well. I had the salmon “build your own” bowl. They also serve Frog Juice kombucha here, which is one of my favorite local businesses. Safe to say this place is one of my new fav go-to spots.

Had to come up to Knoxville from Chattanooga for work this morning. Looking for something for lunch before heading back home I stumbled on this place. Holy smokes it's GREAT! Best poke bowl I've had in a long while. I hope you all support this place and keep it in business so I can stop here every time I'm coming through.

They have food options for most if not all dietary needs, the food is fresh, the service is friendly and if your aching for an island vibe in suburbia, this is the place for you. I travel a bit and love poke so naturally I try as much as I can. Tried this place when I was in Knoxville due to the stellar reviews and it lived up to the hype and then some. Really good bowls!

I had the signature ahi tuna bowl for lunch today and is was exceptionally good. They house make their sauces and have a large variety of bowls. Veterans and first responders also get a 15% discount. The only thing better than the food was the service! Kristy was the best. Stop by and support this small business

Not only is the food amazing, but this place has impeccable, customer service, and such an amazing vibe. The staff have all been amazing, welcoming, and engaging (I'm in from out of town for two weeks and I've been here 4 times). I've gotten a variety of combinations at this point, and I am officially convinced that you cannot go wrong with anything you get. Also love the fact that they have stubborn soda. I don't drink soda a lot, but if I'm going to, one that actually uses real cane sugar is going to be the one

We’ve been to multiple poke places and this one was the best so far! The food was very fresh and there were a lot of choices. The workers were really kind as well & they did a great job of explaining options. If you haven’t had poke before, this is a great place for your first try!
