Ordered a pizza via text specifying delivery and including my address and received a response that it would be 25 minutes. Waited an hour with no pizza and called to check on it. The guy who answered the phone was so rude, I couldnât believe it. Starts yelling at me repeatedly saying âit was put in as pick up!â and wouldnât even let me get a word in. I asked to speak to a manager and she wasnât rude but kept going on about how it wasnât their fault and that sometimes their system switches orders from delivery to pick up. Sounds like their fault to me. I canceled the order and ordered from Papa Johnâs instead since Jetâs has no interest in customer service.

Brought my kid here after I picked him up off work. The boy who got my order, never said that you couldnât dine in⊠not his fault he was new. He assumed that I was ordering takeout, and then some rude lady tells me that we canât sit and eat our pizza , it had to to go..If I spend $13 on a slice of pizza and two damn drinks, then Iâm gonna sit in the dining room. They should have a sign up, which they donât. There was also another woman sitting in the dining area, eating her pizza that was also in a To go box. The girl was extremely rude after I told them multiple times Iâve never been here. Wonât me going back.
I love chicken bacon ranch was really disappointed when it came with tomato sauce spent 48$ for pizza and cheese bread very disappointed

This visit was just a take-out order, which was awesome. However, while trying to make a delivery order a few weeks later I was dismayed to find that 40 minutes into my delivery order, the manager called to request a credit card payment after selecting the cash option on the site. They were using Door-Dash to deliver it and I totally understood. I canceled my order and unfortunately had to order Domino's, very bummed as their is no comparison in quality and time. Still! Jets is a 5 star pizza place all day everyday!

Why do the coupons NEVER work right when ordering at this location's website? Have not had this problem at ANY other Jet's pizza except farragut. They probably think people can just pay regular prices at 25 for a small pizza there, as if they were a sit down place like Mellow Mushroom. They are not.
