This visit was just a take-out order, which was awesome. However, while trying to make a delivery order a few weeks later I was dismayed to find that 40 minutes into my delivery order, the manager called to request a credit card payment after selecting the cash option on the site. They were using Door-Dash to deliver it and I totally understood. I canceled my order and unfortunately had to order Domino's, very bummed as their is no comparison in quality and time. Still! Jets is a 5 star pizza place all day everyday!

Why do the coupons NEVER work right when ordering at this location's website? Have not had this problem at ANY other Jet's pizza except farragut. They probably think people can just pay regular prices at 25 for a small pizza there, as if they were a sit down place like Mellow Mushroom. They are not.

Spent nearly 2 hours at the restaurant tonight. We were the only table in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes just to come get our drink order after we were told to sit anywhere and someone would be over in a few. 2 other families came in about 30 minutes later sat and got there food before we did. Half of our order came out and was told about 15 minutes after that that our other pizzas dough hadn’t rise properly and that they had to remake it. The second pizza came out under cooked and they offered to make it right. They gave us $1.77 off the total bill. Worst service you could possibly imagine.

Worst service ever two thumbs down. Waited over an hour for a pizza we were the only table and 2 other parties arrived after us and both of them got there food before us and we finally got our pizza 15 minutes after them and it was horrible it was under cooked. Our waiter gave us a bogus excuse that the dough didn’t rise properly and had to redo it that is why it took so long. You liar!!

Girls are rude and inattentive. If you look at something the wrong way they act like you’re stealing. Very rude. Note customer friendly.
5 stars because every time I have been to Jets I have had a wonderful time. The pizza is great! They have a full bar and the drinks are good as well. It has always been clean, up beat and our service has always been good. For a neighborhood pizza place it is one of my favs!

I recently ordered delivery from the Farragut store. The pizza and delivery service was very good. I usually order from Johnny Bruscos on Choto because it's closer. However, Johnny Bruscos has seriously gone down hill in the quality of their pizza. Johnny Bruscos prices are outrageous for what you get as far as toppings. Jets toppings cost less and you get a good amount on your pizza. I definitely recommend Jets.

Called 3 times today to even get anyone to answer the phone. When we finally got an answer the guy took the order and never even asked for a name for the order. My wife called back just to make sure they had her name. Got a lady with a really bad attitude that had zero customer service skills . Was not worried if someone was about to get the correct order or not. We show up to pick up our pizza and bottle of ranch . (Paid for a bottle got 2 side cups. )To a woman rolling her eyes with a bad attitude. My wife asked for a manager . Was told this woman was the manager and she would not provide her name when requested. Will not return to this location. If any jets for that matter. This place is a far cry from what it was like when the lady that drove the jets car was the manager. Explains why most of the time it’s empty other than the few regular drunks that frequent the bar.
