1/10/2026, #1 Best meal anywhere is always Longhorns Parm Crusted Chicken & their Mac & Cheese. I eat it twice a month and it’s so tongue flopping incredible! Saturday night was sold out packed but our server Michael was amazing. Just watching him handle all his tables at the same time with so much professionalism so great to see. First class server that should be sought after by Knoxville’s finest restaurants if you’re smart.

From the moment we walked in the door it was excellent.Greeted&seated immediately,&our server who ended up being exceptional(Caylee?)was very friendly&efficient.The smell of different foods floating through the restaurant was absolutely amazing.The food was hot,the drinks were never empty &we would recommend this establishment to anyone.

In today's world, we are constantly hearing how chain restaurants are struggling. I think if they focus more on food quality, people will come in regardless of price. This restaurant was way better in the 90's. The steaks are not the best here. I do know if they are better depending on which location you go to, but I would rather go to a better steakhouse and pay more. Also, if you are looking for a chopped salad, do not go here. It is just a salad. They are not chopped. I feel bad for the servers to explain that to everyone. I do think the bigger issue is that the corporate run restaurant chains are most likely run by people behind a desk. We need more attention to detail.

We visited the restaurant at 5:10 p.m. on a Saturday. The dining room was practically empty, yet we were told there would be two hour long wait because our party consisted of eight people. During that time, we watched several smaller groups—ranging from two to seven guests—be seated without issue. When we asked for clarification, the host staff responded rather curtly, insisting that the restaurant was at “full capacity” rather than simply acknowledging that they might have been short-staffed. The only explanation provided for the extended wait was the size of our party. Would have love to have the opportunity to eat the food but the lack of hospitality in just explaining they were short staffed. There is no explanation for these types of behaviors.

I should have left this review long ago. I can’t count the positive dining experiences at this location. I have come to know Manager Amanda Inman and have seen her at other locations I’ve visited and it seems everywhere she goes things notably improve. This time was no exception and our server Braylee was fantastic as well. Outstanding on every level!!
