Did not give me over half my order and when I went back had the biggest attitudes and were completely rude to me and I too of that most of the stuff I did describe was wrong either the wrong size or the wrong product entirely

I feel so bad for the workers here who have to deal with the insufferable teenagers that hang out here after school waiting on their parents to pick them up from here. The food and service was fine, but the kids that were loitering around were absolutely disruptive, running rampant throughout the store, loud, obnoxious, and inappropriate. This store needs to implement a “no children without adult supervision” policy stat, for the benefit of its patrons, and for the ever loving sanity of their workers. My kids are all under 11 years old and they behaved SO much better than these 30 kids that were older than them and running around and yelling and being inappropriate.

I’m actually not entirely sure what’s wrong with this location, ANYTIME literally it doesn’t matter morning or night, I get the RUDEST people serving me. It’s unfortunate that this location is awful because it’s the most convenient. If the rude service wasn’t enough, my food was wrong and both of my drinks for myself and my boyfriend were wrong too. I work in the service industry and know some days it can be difficult, but you could change someone’s whole day with a few kind words. Terrible attitudes don’t make anyone feel good, train your people!!

We have a toddler, and on bad days we'll be here more than once, breakfast and lunch, or dinner, maybe sometimes all three. We're not proud of it; the burgers aren't anything to write home about, but at least the quality is the same no matter which restaurant you go to.
We always do the drive through, sometimes on the app, and sometimes ordering at the speaker.
I'm boycotting the dining room since McDonald's elected to remove the self service drink fountains from all of their restaurants.
Since McDonald's large size drinks are way too small, I tend to order two for myself.

It's horrible everytime I come through this McDonalds my order always manages to get messed up. I came through and ordered a quaterpound cheeseburger and not special requests but apparently they don't come with onions anymore? So I call and I had to call back after it rangs repeatedly and no answer finally someone picks up and I say hey I just came through the drive thru ordered a quaterpounder when did you stop putting o ions on them. She says we didn't I said we'll I didn't order it special and she says there is no reason to be hateful I wasn't hateful but then became hateful. How can you screw up one sandwich and then make it out to be my fault. This place is absolutely ridiculous 🙄 I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone at least not if your going to go early in the day. Your probably better off going in during evening hours the service would probably be a whole lot better. Pssshhh 🙄🤬

After coming home from a trip away we came through the drive thru to get lunch for my son. The order was taken properly according to the receipt. Got the order at the window and didn't check it (big mistake). When we got home realized only 3 of the 6 items were in the bag and 1 of the items want correct. So i called and spoke with the manager Kayola. I described what happened and she told me i had to bring all the food back today for a refund. She said you didn't just come thru the drive thru that was 40 minutes ago. I told her we came thru waited on our order, drove home, unpacked our car and called out son down to eat. Doesn't change the fact the order was wrong. I asked if we could come by tomorrow and get the rest of our order and she told me only if i bring in the food we recieved today. How ridiculous is that?? If i only have 2 items today then i will only have 2 items tomorrow! My son was hungry so he ate the 2 things that were correct. Kayola didn't offer to refund is for the missing items or to give us the opportunity to pick up the missing items tomorrow. It's raining and yucky out and we just got home for a trip... not up for returning to McDonald's right away for then to rectify their mistake. Kayola was extremely rude and hateful! She has no business working with people with such an attitude! My order total was just over $12 but it was her attitude and was extremely uncalled for! I asked her for a corporate phone number and she even gave me the wrong number! It's not about the money.... that was just totally uncalled for! Do yourself a favor... go to the McDonald's on Lovell road.
