We go here for convenience but they always get our food wrong or leave something out. To add to this. They have a manager that cussed out my husband and hung up on me. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

The employees were screaming at, and cursing each other in both Spanish and English. My son has autism and was very scared and triggered by the outburst. It was not a good experience ?

Food was terrible, but my experience with Billy, the manager, was absolutely remorseful. He was insanely rude on the speaker, and when I asked the other worker there for his name to report, they told me I was the 5th one that had asked for his name due to being rude! The three McFlurrys we also ordered didn’t even get mixed, it was just Oreo at the bottom with soft serve on top. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at a McDonald’s ever, and this manager needs to be addressed immediately.

It's a McDonald's run by high schoolers. It wasn't anywhere close to good a few years ago but certainly isn't now.Parking: Parking here is low-key kinda abysmal especially since they've converted a lot of their old parking spots into pick up spots.

My daughter had two mobile orders to pick up and the very rude employee at the window ignored her and would only take one code and told her she had to drive around again for the second one. One order per go around he said. I was on the phone with her and heard it all. We will not be going back there again.

This is one of my favorite locations. Staff is always super friendly and fast also.Parking: The lot is kind of a weird shape and it could be bigger but it's ample.Wheelchair accessibility: I dont why not.

Had a weird experience here. Placed a curbside order and wait awhile. Heard yelling and looked to see a man in blue waving his hands out the drive through window, but I wasn’t sure who it was for. Had to call them and they needed me to go through the drive through cause they said “Yeah no curbside after dark.” So beware they apparently don’t deliver curbside after dark.

I go to this McDonald's once or twice a month.Second update. Recently, the restaurant underwent a thorough upgrade. Looking really good now. Too bad sometimes the personnel is not that good. They decided that at 5:10pm on a Sunday the lobby was closed but we could enter and place out order on the kiosk. They completely ignored our order for 20 minutes. Then, they told us that the lobby was closed and it would be a while before our order would be ready, despite it being clearly visible on the displays. So, what's different between the order placed at the kiosk, from the drive through or via door dash? I am puzzled. The guy running around like a headless chicken was rude. He should have considered slowing down, being courteous to the customers in the lobby and actually get something done.

It's McDonald's. We ordered the Big Mac combo. The bread was hard and stale. The fries were hot. The soda full of carbonation as is always the case with McDonald's.No soda bar which is great! There's nothing we hate more than people who steal soda because they are too cheap to purchase another one!We will say that we feel for the employees and other customers having to be subjected to the bratty kids that come in. Loud. Mouthy. Rude. Do better, parents!

The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. Even worse was the "manager" (I use the term loosly) cuz she stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." I simply said well maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom...as I was handing her my debit card. She proceeded to dismiss me and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. Anyway, beware going to this location. I have never in my almost 50 years on this Earth been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to the Lovell store where you'll be treated with respect.
