Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. As usual, the burgers were exceptionally good and reminded me why Red Robin is one of the best sit-down burger spots you can get. The burger was juicy, well-cooked, and full of flavor, exactly what you expect when you walk through their doors. The fries were also spot on—cooked perfectly, hot, and well seasoned, making them hard to stop eating. Everything came out just right, and the overall experience was solid and reliable. If you’re craving a consistently great burger and fries, Red Robin is always a safe bet.

Everything was perfect, the food was 10/10 and our waitress Brooklyn and her trainee JB were so super nice. Everything was fast and hot as well. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Great job! Food and service were excellent. I do wish someone would explain why Onion rings as a substitute for fries are both an upcharge and are not bottomless. It seems more rational that they would either be more expensive AND bottomless or the same price but NOT bottomless.

My wife and I Stopped to get burgers for dinner. The burger special for $9.99 was really a good deal. Food was tasty and the service was outstanding. Maddi Was our server and I can't say enough about how friendly kind and attentive she was to us. Thanks to you and to Maddi for a great night out.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to even come up to the front even after telling someone at the bar that there didn't seem to be a hostess. There were a dozen people waiting between three different groups to be seated. Then was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Did not stay to see how bad the actual service was going to be.

I’m not the kind of person that normally leaves comments besides bad or good service at the different places, but this time I’ll make an exception because I felt discriminated by people of this place. They asked me for my Identification before getting a drink, as it should be, which is correct, the problem here is that I had to show my country’s identification because I was not driving las night and I didn’t have my license on me. The look at it slowly and I don’t know why they told me that they couldn’t serve any drink with that ID, I mean what is the problem with that, just because I belong to another country? It’s not necessary to treat people specially customers like that. I took my ID and immediately left this place because I didn’t want to spend my money on this place which started with a very bad service, they didn’t deserve it. I hope they read my comment and reflect about it because this is about discrimination, they are not better than anybody.

I was there last night with my boyfriend, we wanted some margaritas to start and the waitress came with bad attitude to ask for our IDs, we showed and she didn’t say anything, after some minutes a guy supposedly the manager came to ask again for our ids specifically my boyfriend’s Id. He said we cannot accept this, this was his country’s Id because he forgot his license because we came by uber. I don’t understand why this people is racist, just because we weren’t born here, and belong to different nationalities, that’s not fair. Nobody deserves to be discriminated by others just because they are white. They are not better than anyone, we are all the same. I will never come back to this place.

First off, who takes orders on a kids menu? The hostess did here! So when i got my food home and EVERYTHING was messed up I should've expected this!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it had no bacon OR cheese on it! The fries had so much seasoning salt on them I couldn't eat them. My boyfriend asked for hot honey wings and there was NO sauce on them at all!! NONE! My son asked for double fried wings and needles to say, they weren't! I'm so disappointed in this restaurant that I usually have good experiences with!!! DO BETTER RED ROBIN!

Love red robin. Unfortunately this trip in was not good. Not sure if they were short staffed that night or what, took a bit to get our food. , but our waitress was very nice. Definitely will go back.

After getting an amazing monster double and bottomless steak fries, We were met with the best service and were attended on in a nearly full back section without any wait time whatsoever. Anytime I'm back in Knoxville I'll have to come back. We had lovely waitresses who attended to any need in as timely as a manner as possible, and never failed to make sure our food was quality and way past up to par, Thank you to all the servers men and women who helped us have an amazing experience when we had a bad day, and we will be back 👍
