Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've always had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seated or to pick up food. While their food's great, be ready to spend some time standing around. Steph has always been accommodating.

We had a wonderful waiter. He was very good. The food great. I had fish and chips and the fish was cooked just right.

Inexplicable forty minute wait for a booth in a mostly empty dining room. Ten minutes for someone to appear and take our drink order. Plastic silverware. Mystifying absence of Bleu cheese on my Bleu ribbon burger. Fries wilted and not terribly hot - food definitely sat in the pass for a minute. Nothing bottomless about our bottomless sides (we had fries for one and broccoli for the other) - never got those replenished. Ditto our water.
All in all, an example of crappy compensation practices on the part of corporate and management. No one wants to show up for disrespectful, low ball wages.

Server was really nice I think his name was Zack. Redheaded guy works late shift. Food came out hot. There was a big order in front of us and he accommodated for the wait. Super nice environment everything was really clean. He was very calm and not pushy which was really helpful with my girlfriend who has anxiety. Definitely will be back appreciate you.

Service was extremely slow. We waited 15-20 for fries that were luke-warm. Nachos were potato chips and salty shredded pork. BBQ sauce was overwhelming and very little cheese. Hamburgers were okay. The only thing we really enjoyed was the peach milkshake. Just as good as Chick-fil-a peach milkshake.

The food was good, had a BBQ burger and fries. Food came out hot and tasty. Only issue I had was our server. She was not overly friendly, and kinda rushed to get up out of there. She seemed nice to my BF but not to me. Felt like she was not happy to be there.

Walked in and it was crowded at the desk but once we got seated everything was fast and efficient and so tasty.

Absolutely awful, amazes me that burgers are almost always pink?! Why!!! The real question is, why eat here to begin with?

If you try and complain, the managers just blow you off and gaslight you.

I know it won’t do any good, but I’m overnight shipping a complaint letter, maybe some clerk there will have a laugh

First time ever coming, service was amazing, food was delicious, we are definitely coming back, water tastes like it came out of the dishwasher, but everything else was perfect!
