Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food is OK. For the price, it's less than ok. The only reason we visit is that they have good gluten-free buns. But the actual burgers are shy on meat and decent toppings. The atmosphere would be very cool if the radio wasn't so loud you can't hear yourself think, never mind your party talk. Gourmet burgers they are not.

Food tasted good, garlic fries were great, but the macaroni was cold. I got a rootbeer float it was pretty good, and it was endless. I ordered a burger, and it was fine, but they gave me the wrong one. Service was slow, and he forgot some things. The atmosphere was great, looked good, and cleaned. The wait wasn't too bad. Overall, it's not great, but not bad.

Brandon was our server and did horrible, worse services I could have gotten. Love this place and been here multiple times, but tonight killed it never giving them more of my business.

The food at Red Robin was delicious as always! The burgers were cooked perfectly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. However, our waiter never offered us another order of the bottomless fries, which was a bit disappointing. We expected the usual great service, but this small detail took away from the full experience. Still, a good meal overall!

Server was super nice but food was lacking. My husbands burger came smothered in mayonnaise and the garlic fries/burgers were beyond greasy. Definitely used to be better in the past, they weren’t even super busy tonight either. Just disappointed this time around.

16 dollars for a Hamburger is a bit outrageous.
But it Was the Best burger that I've had in a long time.
There's also a Lot of grease on the burger.

our server was horrible. could not remember our order. we had to ask 4 times to get our sauces. The bathroom was in disrepair. server couldn't count our drinks properly. worst service ever at this restaurant ever and even at any place. was about to get the manager cus server wouldn't get our sauce. genuinely horrible experience. i he spilled out water and said he would get some napkins for us but forgot instantly. he then proceeded to put our basket of fries in the spilled water

Had a BLT with one piece of bacon. My husband's beer mug had a large chunk of glass chipped out right where you drink. My sweet potato fries were cold. I was served another order of fries that were just as cold. I got another order which I believe they just refried my order as now the fries were hard and dry but they were hot, but un-eatable. All the manager could say was how short handed they were. Not the customers problem. They did comp our bill. I hadn't eaten mine but my husband did eat his ribs. He did state they were ok.

I went with my two kids thinking "bottomless sides and a game tablet on the table - this will be fun!" But the fries were soggy and the food was all so bland that none of us wanted seconds even though it was free. How do you screw up fries so badly that a child doesn't want more?! And frankly the tableside tablets should be removed from the restaurant - the place advertises itself as "family friendly" but charges you for opening games on the tablet, meaning you have to spend the entire meal making sure your kids don't play with the device at the table or you'll accidentally spend $40 on game rentals! Our server was great and removed all the charges because we didn't actually spend any time playing the games, but neither she nor I should have had to deal with that. That system is the complete opposite of family friendly! We were very disappointed with our visit and will probably never return.

Kid-friendliness: The tableside tablets are NOT kid-friendly, because the restaurant charges just for opening apps. You have to keep it out of reach the entire meal, lest your child rack up surprise rental fees.

Short on servers. Reserved a table for seven, thirty minutes before the party arrives. Then had to wait another thirty minutes after they arrived. Not crowded. Plenty of tables open.

Wasn't as good as all the hype. Only have 3 "free" items to choose from as your bottomless side and then others that ranged from $2.99-$3.99 for bottomless choices. Got a Whiskey River BBQ burger that hadd very little bbq and onion straws tasted odd. Just wasn't impressed with all we had.
