What a gem in Farragut! Speak easy vibes with elevated offerings including ongoing, fun, and cool events! I cannot recommend this place enough - I think it's especially great for a couple who doesn't want a full on steak dinner date night but a space to imbibe, connect, and chat.

First visit, small, quaint, nice atmosphere. I did not eat food but ate sea salted caramels which were delicious and a latte. My 2 other friends each purchased flights of wine (mixed reviews on a couple of the wines). They both have visited before and like the bar. Will visit again.

Sparrow Wine Bar is such a great place. Relaxing atmosphere, great friendly service, wonderful wine and cheese!
Love this little place! Such unique wines, flights are always so fun to try. Food is good and cheese shop is cute. Only issue is there is only 1 waitress whether it’s on a Saturday night or Tuesday night. I don’t blame her but service is always awful. So hard to get water and more drinks or the check. Wish they could staff it better for the customers and the staff to be able to talk and sell more.

It’s been absolutely ages since me and my husband had a date night…So happy we chose this wine bar! We loved the vibe and the friendly staff of this place! Loved the red wine and the white one, also their cheese is amazingly delicious, my next stop will be the cheese shop next door ?. Overall we love Sparrow Wine Bar, I think it’s a great date spot, double date spot or just a spot to sit and relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Could not recommend more highly! P.S. next time we will sit outside ?

Had a nice afternoon stopping in here, reading a book and chatting with the bartender. I'm not very knowledgeable about wine, but I got plenty good offerings for me, and it's the kind of place that's not trying to be snobby on that kind of stuff to begin with. More a place to hang out, at the bar or on the couch for a bit, and perhaps order a grilled cheese or cheese board if you've got a group.

Faith and Amy took care of our party tonight. It was my friend’s birthday and my friend is a big wine girl. This is the experience she was seeking after a long work day. For it being the anniversary of Sparrow’s opening date, with wine specials offered on a busy night, staff STILL took their time to make an enjoyable experience. We were very impressed.
