Ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side. Mind you not they serve you ingles brand cream cheese in a cup with no lid .... every Starbucks serves philadelphia cream cheese packets for health safety. No receipt cause they were out and my original plain bagel was an everything when it came out haha. Cause they were also out of that

Neely at Starbucks was an absolute doll she helped me when she didn’t have to how sweet of her I’m so happy
Drove three miles out of my way to make it to Starbucks by 9 when they close
Showed up at 8:55 to hopefully get a cup of coffee before a 4 hour drive
They actually were closed early because they “already took their til”
If you are open til 9 - be open til 9.
Total waste of time.

The ingles itself is really nice. Customer service was great and the barista probably made the best Starbucks coffee we’ve ever

I ordered a hot Venti white mocha as I've done a hundred times. The woman working the window handed me a TALL. I explained to her that I ordered a Venti to which she replied " a hot Venti won't fit in a Venti cup so I gave you a tall." I ended up with an iced coffee. $8 for coffee and this is the type of service you get..........A Venti won't fit in a Venti cup

Changes in the direction to get into the drive thru.
Fantastic place to stay, eat, play golf, and veg out! Have Inn and cottages, pool, spa, on and on...first rate service and fabulous food. Only 2 1/2 hours from Knoxville Tennessee down I-75.
I love a mocha!
Good service.
It is exactly what is it getting to be
