Went in and played for 40 minutes and recieved no service whatsoever. They Believed we were part of a group that went in but it was just 2 of us that played and even then nobody asked if we wanted anything.

We went during half off golf which was really nice! And they still did a military discount which was even better! Only reason for the 4 star is the smash burger was not great, nor an actual smash burger. Just a regular burger with smash burger toppings. The other food we got though was really good! The pizza, Mac and cheese balls, and cheesy fries all slapped! Also our server was really nice and attentive, made sure we were doing ok like every 15 minutes or so.

Horrible place at first we went to the bar. No one was at the bar and it took about 15 minutes to get a drink because the bartender was only helping the waitresses then I got a vodka cranberry that was $16. I mean, I can go get a martini or Old-fashioned or handmade drink anywhere for $16. Then they put us outside on spot one in the blazing sun and we were sweating so bad we didn’t even want to use the clubs and we didn’t even wanna drink. We just sat in guzzled water while all the other bays were in the shade 20 or 30;degrees cooler. You would think a place like this would have enough brains to put sunshades up. They came by to try to shut the garage door behind us, but then that took the breeze away and that made it worse so we had to pay hundreds of dollars to sit in the sweltering heat while everyone else was cool. Then the machine didn’t work for crap. You couldn’t get a ball to come out of it because I think the sun was so bright, it wouldn’t read that the club was swimming in front of where you retrieve the ball so you have to swing the club in front of the thing 20-30 times to even get a ball. And no one there has any management skills at all everybody is like 21 in college. The spots are entirely too close together. There was two baseball teams of like 10-year-olds next to a screaming their heads off.

My server was great, so this has nothing to do with her, i order a chicken sandwich to go since i wasn’t gonna finish it anyways i asked to not have colesalw and i wanted to add lettuce pickles and onions, the server rang it in and i paid for it , when my sandwich comes out it dosent have anything that i added on it so i find a busser ( since my server was busy) and i tell her what happend and she says she will go get it for me, 5 minutes later she comes back and she tells me that what i want costs and that im gonna have to look for the server so i can pay for it, and i told her that when ordering i told the server i wanted that so that i probably paid for it already, she came back about 5 minutes later and told me that she didn’t ring it in the right way so that I was gonna have to look for her so she could charge me ( we all make mistakes, and that’s okay) I decided to let it go cause we where almost about to leave, I went to bite my sandwich and surprise it was cold, overall terrible experience I understand having to pay for it, but it was literally a pice of lettuce ( wich wouldnt have even been a huge deal if they didn’t made it, especially with something that was so easy to solve) so everyone reading this be mindful that top golf would rather save the 5 cents that it cost them the lettuce than having you back and that says a lot about a business

This place is such a ripoff, I made a reservation online and even though their system messed up, I had to wait an hour to play. They offered nothing for the inconvenience, no one even offered us a box for our food. The price is not worth it. The staff just had a dumb look on their face when I showed them my confirmation and deposit, like I was supposed to fix the issue that their system made. Honestly it's cheaper to go to the driving range. Never coming back here again.

The food was OK we didn't get really alot just the doughnuts and macaroni balls. The doughnuts taste burnt. The sweet tea is not very sweet it's kinda bland. The servers are not very attentive. They are nice just not attentive. However despite we had a wonderful family outing. We really enjoyed spending time together.

We took a break from the sun (and absolute scorcher of this week) to pop on over to Top Golf Knoxville. Such a GRAND time with exceptional service! The ice cream sundae was loaded and fries were fresh. The fans were BUMPIN’ so that the bays were cool and enjoyable. We can’t wait to be back for more summer fun!
