I was distressed to find they cannot make milkshakes because their machine is broken. Unfortunately, this yields comparison to McDonald’s. Their fries are right proper, but their chicken is more like a chick or perhaps a chicken nugget than a chicken tender. I think they save the smallest ones for the kid’s meals. It was good but left something to be desired.

Tried to visit this location with my family last night at 7:30pm and the place was completely closed with the lights off and chairs on the tables in the lobby. The listed hours said it should have been open until 9pm, so that was very disappointing for everyone. Not sure what was going on, but I don't think we'll be attempting to eat here again since they may not even be open!

It looked closed they always get my order wrong n never get what b I order... kids running the place n dining room always dirty with trash running over. Had to ask for sides n sauce 2 times n my order is never as I order it. Won't ever be back.. n won't recommend.

Just came and yet again the dining room was closed but drive through was open. This happens way too often, some people don't want to eat in their car and want to eat their food while it's still hot ..... We are tired of this shit

Ordered fingers tossed in sauce. They just poured the sauce over and the fries were not seasoned at all. Came to dine in, it was 6pm and the doors were locked. Another customer was walking out just as I tried to get in and I was able to enter.

Went to drive through and ordered five buffalo chicken finger lunch and got this. While making my order to a guy some girl was laughing the whole time. When I called to speak to a manager and told her she said that they were real busy and just playing around. I won’t be back.
