Genuinely have had very good food from them with no problems, however every time I go there, they never fail to get my order wrong every time I order through the app. What is the point of asking for sauce if they are never going to put it in the bag? Anytime I have any level of customization on my order, it never happens. Extra seasoning? Try under seasoning. No ice? Good luck with that, every time I ask for no ice, my drink always comes with ice. The only thing that is keeping this from being a 1 star review is that the food was good. Its not a big deal if it happens once, but this has been a consistent issue with my past orders at this store

Don’t expect to get what you order with the app. They will consistently just put whatever food the want in the box.

Next time I come to get my chicken nuggys with the sauce please give me the good chicken not the crunchy chicken and dunk them in them sauce we don’t like the light glaze y’all did on this order. But I’ll still give you 3 stars cause I’m hangry.

Dont you just love it when you PAY these ridiculously inflated prices to try and save time and get the kids something for dinner only to find out when you get all the way home they didnt put everything you PAID FOR and ordered in the bag. Absolutely ridiculous, thats basically stealing from the customer. Will not be back to this location

We went in for lunch with granddaughter who is six...she wanted "chicken with bones" and French fries. The grease made everything taste the same ibsuppose, even granddaughter commented that the fries taste like my wife's tenders and the wings tase like everything else. Portion size has definitely dwindled at zaxbys in comparison to what it used to be. I can't imagine where those wings come from but when you sell them by each I guess food cost are more important than customer satisfaction. We all three were less than satisfied.
