I really enjoyed my order, which was received hot and correct. However, I am concerned about the employees who deliver. I was charged a 4.99 delivery fee, and yet still needed to tip the driver because they don't receive one cent of that delivery fee. It's their car and their gas. What the hell, Domino's?

had an online order… i was upset there was like NO sauce on my pizza, asked for a remake, went up there STILL NO SAUCE!!!! then they made me pay for the extra sauce on the side so i can have it ON MY PIZZA. lady was super rude when i went in for the 3rd time because they messed it up. literally watched her roll her eyes at me and say something to a coworker. promise if i see her again it won’t be pleasant.

This was the worse pizza we have ever had At Dominos. There were very few toppings and no cheese to be seen. We had to go in and asked about the pizza and we did just as the app instructed for carry out. We have always enjoyed Dominos but tonight just wasn’t good,

Usually order delivery since I’ve moved in the area. Tonight I did a carry out and witnessed female worker tossing dough without gloves after handling money and the computer. I went inside to speak to the assistant manager about remaking my food before it went in the oven because of this. He told me he handled my pizzas and she handled someone else’s. I told him they wouldn’t want that food either but he laughed it off and made the worker washed her hands after they laughed about it together and still sent the food in the oven after the fact. No apologies or corrections as far as the previously touched food. Makes me question the sanitary step when I order delivery. Smh be careful!
I called to place a delivery order from the dominos in Fayetteville. kate was her name. She took my order Super sweet and respectful even gave me a small discount well coupon really but all is the same. If I get the chance to meet her I’d like to give her a tip for the smooth ordering. Due to in the past week I’ve called multiple time and was hung up on very disappointed and disrespectful. My son as on 1 years old loves a little dominos here and there. So thanks to Kate and her impeccable ability to listen and take care of reoccurring customers!! We appreciate people like you:)
