By far some of the worst customer service. I’d apologize for taking my time ordering food, but I’m sorry you were out of what I came to order, patience is a virtue. Be careful of what you order as a specialty coffee, apparently it all translates to just a cup of normal coffee at a specialty price.

Been out of stuff to make frozen coffee for 3 or 4 days now the girl at the window said they maybe out for a week or longer I know they can do better people take there time to go there to not get what they order and most of us don’t have time to any where else after we waste our time giving dunkin our business

I always use the drive through so I can't provide atmosphere info but I can tell you my past 10 experiences have been good. No fails. If there is a line in the Drive-Thru it's not long of a wait. The employees are always friendly and much of the time cheerful. They always have what I want from the menu. Sometimes a specific donut type may be all gone but that's only been toward the end of the day and to be expected. The drinks are magnificent and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Just went there and ordered the Avocado Toast with a Latte. The Latte is awesome, the service was great in the drive-tru but the toast...well lets just say, someome must have forgotten it was in the toaster. I should have checked it before I drove off.

I don’t really know what’s going on with this Dunkin, but I believe there’s only been 2 days out of the 8 I’ve been coming to this Dunkin that mine and my husbands drinks have been correct. It’s like they don’t listen to your order at all!! How do you mistake hearing the #3 for the #5! They’re constantly out of everything, some of the employees act like that hate being there. I have never been to a Dunkin that is as bad as this one. Something needs to happen, if you’re questioning why you’re losing business then please read your reviews for this location!
I wrote this review 3 days ago and decided to give this location another chance! The lady running the register has NO type of customer service at all! I got the same drink I have been getting for the last 3 years! I know how it’s supposed to taste, it was made incorrectly, there was pumpkin spice put in the latte instead of caramel and I very nicely explained this. She proceeds to tell me I’m wrong and gets an attitude! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin!!

Quality has really gone downhill I couldn't drink my latte because it smelled like spoiled sour milk. My wife said hers smelled like spray paint and tasted burnt. I hate that because we really like Dunkin in Huntsville....

Thieves! Charging for a dozen donuts and then charging full price for specialty donuts for make a dozen is theft and pure fraud. Comes to over $20 for a dozen donuts. It’s poor customer service and fraud all the way to to the GM of the restaurant. Never going back there!
Usually they're good, but recently my matcha latte is always mixed with black coffee and it tastes like garbage

This location and original staff used to be really on their game and the coffee/food was actually good. Now, I can order the same thing everyday and each time it be completely different and not what I asked for. Don’t ask for less ice either because that only means you only get half a coffee while paying the full price. They can’t seem to hold staff long and the new people they do bring in don’t seem like they’ve ever been around coffee before or know how to make anything correctly. Super disappointing to finally get something in town to enjoy and it slowly decline in service and it hasn’t even been open that long.
