We went in yesterday to preorder donuts for a birthday party today. When we went in we were told there was no trace of the order but a sticky note with a time for pickup and said it would help if we had the receipt we did have it and was told “oh well I can give you what I have”. The manager said they just came on shift so there is nothing they could do. This is the second time we’ve preordered donuts and it was messed up and all we got was a shoulder shrug in response to that. Mistakes are made we get that, no one is perfect but not even a sorry for their error? Pretty crappy do better Dunkin

Food is decent but service is horrible! Waited at speaker 15 minutes to order, placed my simple order (bagel bites & a cup of water). Waited another 10 minutes at window before being greeted. Cashier was leaning on counter, texting on phone.

The worker named seth made my drink perfectly and was very good at taking my order I offered him a generous tip of course but he deserves a raise
I have been to the Fayetteville Dunkin' twice, to get donuts specifically. Both times the donuts were not terrible, but they were not what I ordered. I ordered cream filled donuts, specifying - NOT custard, NOT pudding, but CREAM, the sweet frosting type of cream filling. First time, I did indeed get custard. Today, I got lemon filled. I mean, how hard is it to pick from the correct donut pile. Don't they mark them? I live 12 - 13 miles from town, so not going back to squack. They were good, but not what I wanted. I don't do donuts much, so when I do, I want what I want. I won't be going back. Next time, I'll get Krispy Kreme donuts at walmart. I'll be much happier.
Father’s Day, Sunday, out of donuts before we wake up in the morning. This isn’t new for this location. This is a common theme. It’s not like they forgot to plan for the holiday, they just don’t care about donuts at this donut shop. How can you be out of all donut, including glazed donuts, by 830 at a donut shop that stays open until bed time? Idk, but that is the daily operations here.
A donut shop that doesn't have donuts. They are open till 8 or 9pm, but run our of donuts by 10am. How? How are they still open. If you go to Dunkin in Huntsville at 3pm, guess what? They have donuts. Not here. It's like going to Burger King and they run out of burgers at 1pm. What? I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around this type of management.
Every single time I try to get something here they're always out or they don't carry that at this store. I don't know who owns or runs this store but you need a different profession. Staff is always friendly, but you can't have bad service when you can't order anything. How can a store have an almost empty donut case at 8am and when you ask if they have more you get a sorry we only fix this amount for the day, so ridiculous.
Amazing drinks and friendly service!
This store never gets my coffee order right. Never. I don’t get how it’s so hard to make a coffee. I worked for Dunkin for 8 years and never had crew that don’t listen. I get the same order every Sunday and when it gets delivered to me at least 2 out of three coffees are absolutely wrong. Train your employees to listen and make the stuff right. Cause I spend to much money here a week ordering for my co workers and me to get screwed every single week.
The first time here was perfect, great coffee, and a hot, fresh breakfast sandwich. Have been back several times since, and each time the coffee was Lukewarm and not a full serving.. the sandwich was cold, and the bacon not cooked through. Why I kept giving them another chance so many times is something I need to ask my therapist about . Lol, I made my last trip today. I honestly don't know how someone can take your money and hand you such a bad product with a smile, knowing that you paid for something they wouldn't accept for their self. Seems no pride is taken in so many places anymore, and this is definitely one of those places.

By far some of the worst customer service. I’d apologize for taking my time ordering food, but I’m sorry you were out of what I came to order, patience is a virtue. Be careful of what you order as a specialty coffee, apparently it all translates to just a cup of normal coffee at a specialty price.
Been out of stuff to make frozen coffee for 3 or 4 days now the girl at the window said they maybe out for a week or longer I know they can do better people take there time to go there to not get what they order and most of us don’t have time to any where else after we waste our time giving dunkin our business
I always use the drive through so I can't provide atmosphere info but I can tell you my past 10 experiences have been good. No fails.
If there is a line in the Drive-Thru it's not long of a wait.
The employees are always friendly and much of the time cheerful.
They always have what I want from the menu. Sometimes a specific donut type may be all gone but that's only been toward the end of the day and to be expected.
The drinks are magnificent and the food is always fresh and delicious.
