As others have stated, service is always incredibly slow. With a line of a few cars, waits are almost always 10 minutes. Not to mention the drinks come out as if there was a gallon of sugar dumped in them. This doesn’t reflect a typical Dunkin store. Staff is usually nice so that’s the reason for two stars, but drinks definitely need quality control

Ordered one hot coffee and one cold which was supposed to be regular with granulated sugar because I have an intolerance to liquid sugar. When we got to the window they tried handing me a black iced coffee. I said that was supposed to be regular. They looked extremely confused. I think they were trying to tell me that was a regular coffee. Will supposedly they fixed it. Got down the road and it had liquid sugar. Ugh. Got an old fashioned donut that was a good as I remembered as a kid, so there was a plus there. Sad to see how far down hill this company has gone in 30 years just to be on every corner. I grew up on dd and lived near the original, this is just so sad

we stood at the counter for 20 min, before someone took our order, than she acted like she didn't know what we were saying , kept rolling her eyes .... let's just say our grandma gave them an ear full , never going AGAIN

I had to wait in the drive thru for 7 mins at the Fayetteville location. Two other people waited longer than I did and left.
I’m here everyday sometimes twice a day it’s some great people but I order a hot drink and it’s always cold ! Two young girls and the young boys I love my age gentlemen in morning are the sweetest ! No shade just come for hot coffee and then stop at a store to use microwave to heat up ! Very inconvenient !! Why make a candy bar drink with candy but not put candy in it ? Waste of money out of town Dunkin’s hook me up like the drink ! But yet again Fayetteville never had anything available

I would really love to have a soft fresh doughnut. I have yet to get one at this location. The doughnuts taste ok. They are tough though and I guess they really need to be dunked to be enjoyable. I can't speak of the other foods, I came here craving a doughnut like those I got back in my college days.

We went in yesterday to preorder donuts for a birthday party today. When we went in we were told there was no trace of the order but a sticky note with a time for pickup and said it would help if we had the receipt we did have it and was told “oh well I can give you what I have”. The manager said they just came on shift so there is nothing they could do. This is the second time we’ve preordered donuts and it was messed up and all we got was a shoulder shrug in response to that. Mistakes are made we get that, no one is perfect but not even a sorry for their error? Pretty crappy do better Dunkin

Food is decent but service is horrible! Waited at speaker 15 minutes to order, placed my simple order (bagel bites & a cup of water). Waited another 10 minutes at window before being greeted. Cashier was leaning on counter, texting on phone.
