Pizza Inn Buffet

We need to keep the Pizza buffets that have arcades alive! Certainly this one.

We went here with our homeschool co-op, at last minutes notice. They had no heads up we were all coming. The staff adapted to the extremely busy lunch period, the pizzas were hot and fresh, just as fast as they could make them. I would make the 45 minute trip back, just for the atmosphere and customer service. The food was a bonus! 10/110 would recommend!

A very nice warm atmosphere, with friendly staff and more than fair prices. We will continue to dine here. $10.00 a person would be a fair price for the the daily buffet. All the other restaurants are charging about the same or much more.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. If there's not a pizza on the buffet you're interested in, just ask and they'll make what you want. Also, their ranch is out of this world!

I will say general experience wasn’t bad, but more of a critique, a lot of the pizza was warm and not even close to hot. The napkin dispenser on the table was completely filthy and was very hard to handle. The staff were friendly and overall helpful. But, as being the only pizza place that offers buffet since cici’s pizza in Huntsville permanently closed, I expected better.

Update: I appreciated management reaching out to me to make things right. He said they are working on fixing the issues. I will definitely give it another try and update my review.

Pizza is not bad, good value for money, but service is so terrible so we won't be back. Someone brought out our drinks and that's the last anyone talked to us. They were refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and talking to all the tables around us, asking if they wanted any pizzas out on the buffet, but not a word to us. No napkins on the table so we had to get some from another table. Highly recommend the owner fire his servers and just get a self serve drink machine. I always try to leave a good tip when I dine out, this is the first time I can remember that I left no tip whatsoever, because no one actually served us.

There were not a lot of options and it barely had pasta and it was mushy and the pizza tasted a little funny, but the lemonade was perfect and the salad bar was ok.but it generally needs a lot more options.

The servers are super friendly and very accommodating. They were really interested in what kind of pizza I liked and had it made and added to the buffet. The 1990s called and want their prices back! My wife and I can eat there for under $18 which is incredible for this day and age. This place is a hidden gem!

Food was good (When fresh pizza is actually put on the buffet.) The staff are super nice but lord management needs to hire more help! I couldn’t get my drink refilled and eventually had to get up and fill it myself as much as I hated to do that! You’ll also have a stack of plates that won’t get cleared from your table. Management please help your staff and hire more people! Lack of service makes the experience not worth going back.

This was the best pizza I've had in a long time!!! Not to mention, the amazing customer service and them taking the time to make sure our order was not only complete but everything we needed and more!
