Pizza Inn Buffet

Not sure how Pizza Inn in Fayetteville TN could have a 4.1 rating. Was there Saturday 11/9/2024 around 5:00PM CST the buffet was just about empty. There was nothing as far as spaghetti or anything else on that side and never was after as well as the pizza side. We asked about some more pizza and a couple came out which were less desirable, could not hardly cut the crust with a knife and the topping just fell off what ever it was couldn’t even tell. We had a group of 12 people which they knew were coming as they were called earlier as well as the owner. One couple from our group ordered a pizza to go which took over an hour to get. We were charged different amounts for the same buffet also. I would suggest finding someone to operate this restaurant instead of what looks like kids. The restroom as far as the men’s was also nasty which makes me wonder about the kitchen? I have been here twice now while visiting Fayetteville and have not been impressed by what I saw or ate either time. Way over priced for the quality of the food

Wow! That was painful! I called in a carryout order for spaghetti and meatballs w/ garlic bread, and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes and was told that I was the first person to ever order a carryout spaghetti and meatballs, and he was going to have to figure out how to make it, but it wouldn't be over 5 more minutes. Well, 30 minutes later I was handed the spaghetti and I asked about the garlic bread and he looked at me like Joe Biden. I said your menu says it comes with garlic bread and he said that he didn't know that. He didn't offer any, but said there was some cheezy bread on the buffet. I guess it's too much to ask for any restaurant to get an order right in Fayetteville.
