Worst sub ever. Over loaded with mayo. And no oil, vinegar, banana pepper or black olives. The place was empty so no excuses. And bread was stale
I’m extremely disappointed with how Mr. John Montgomery treats his employees. One of the staff members was fired without any clear reason or explanation. On top of that, he kept all the tip money that was meant for the female employees, which is completely unfair and unethical. To make matters worse, he even threatened not to pay her final paycheck. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s also morally wrong. No one should be treated this way in their workplace. I strongly suggest reconsidering doing business with someone who doesn’t respect or value their staff. However this being said I do hope he knows his laws of labor and such forth cause me personally I am affiliated with state an will be turning this location in with proof from employee , will be running this to about board an the state Mr John, also Mr John why is it you are always dogging your employees to work harder as you literally wonder around the store an wondering why customers are never satisfied , you can not make this up! The U.S. Department of Labor states that employers cannot keep any portion of an employee's tips, regardless of whether the employer takes a tip credit. Also Mr John is using this tip money to pocket to himself! If a Subway in Tennessee is keeping tips, it is violating federal labor law. Employees who have had their tips illegally taken can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Labor or pursue a private suit

I just went to subway and aninot(not sure how to spell her name) but she was the absolute best I've seen in that subway for a long time. She was friendly, engaged in conversation with me, made my sandwich PERFECTLY and all around good customer service.

Put less on mayo and they still put this amount on there and the bread isn’t toasted! This is the worst subway ever!
Me and my boyfriend came in to get dinner after work, just for the two of us we spent $32 she put the bare minimum she could onto our sandwiches and was extremely rude the whole time we ordered. My boyfriend ordered a number 6 , which is a meatball sub and she sat there and asked him what goes on it, then when he told her what it said ON the menu she got annoyed with him and gave him barley any meatballs, sauce, etc.

Me and my wife looked online to see when the store closed, and the closing time was 9:30pm. We arrived at the store and was inside at 9:01. The younger man who was working immediately told us that the toaster and oven was off, and that he had already done everything to close the store. We wasted a trip from granville.

We stopped at the Subway in Gainsboro today around 2:15pm. The open sign was on and the lights were on inside and hours posted on the door. The door was locked and nobody was working or there. We drove back by after picking up our families food from Giovannis. I stopped at Subway because I have gallstones and can only have low/no fat. So. Thanks for nothing. Perhaps they should put the real hours on the door because they are definitely 100% not open at 2pm on a Saturday.

Was in the store 9/1/23 and the poor kid working there was so slow it was pathetic, I mean I don’t think he was being slow purposely it’s just his nature. He needs help BAD! Was there 45 min. To get three foot longs. Management should be ashamed of themselves. People behind me all left before they even had a chance to order.

Their service is pitiful. They only have one person working most of the time. It takes 20 mins to get served. Takes longer than that to get the food. Management is never there to talk to about it. I do not recommend stopping there for anything unless you have 30 mins or longer to waste.

Service was great. For was tasty. However the young girl at the register took money and made change with her gloves on. Soooooooo does that mean she went back to handling food with the same gloves?please train your workers in this area. Germs can live on money for months

The girl that works there, Kylie, dropped half my sub on the ground. She then said she could remake the other half, but I would have to rewait in line. I had already been waiting there 30 minutes because she took forever to make subs, so I said never mind it just give me the undropped half. Then she tried to charge me for a foot long. Uh, no? It’s now a 6 inch bc you DROPPED THE OTHER HALF. I guess that made her mad, because she then put some random sause on my sub (it turned out to sweet and sour, I got a meatball sub). Wont be returning.
