Best BBQ EVER! Im from North Carolina and I visit friends in the area every so often. Dave’s is always my first stop. Then again in the middle of my trip and then I stock up before going home. My favorite is the ribs, potato salad, and baked beans. My kids always ask for the pulled pork. I somehow ended up with some cole slaw in my order this time and well, that’s now on my stock up list before going home. I highly HIGHLY recommend them.

The ribs were amazing. I’ve been trying all the BBQ spots in the Cleveland area and these are some of the best I’ve had. Everything is well-priced, and generously portioned. I had tater-tots with the ribs and they were nice and crispy.
The sweet tea and banana pudding were good too.
The sauce was not my or my wife’s personal favorite, possibly a little too sweet, but that’s just preference.
Only potential downside is that there is no indoor seating, so be aware of that, but we will certainly be back soon!
Ordered BBQ baked potatoes, paid for BBQ bake potatoes fully loaded, got home and it was two buns in each box with nothing but BBQ on them. Paid over $20.00 for sandwiches.

I normally write hyperbolic and comedic reviews but this place is worth putting that aside. Not only is bbq delicious and unique, but this is the pulled pork I have been chasing for 45 years across the south since sandwiches at the Flying Pig Pit in 70's Atlanta.... Please take your time to drive out here, thank the staff and the pit master for continuing a true dying art form. Places like this were on every country crossroad during my childhood but the are disappearing as fast as those old country drives. Take your kids here to show them how hyperlocal bbq was and always should be. Places like this deserve unflagging patronage before they all are gone. I'm heading there now....

I ordered 2 bbq sandwiches and an order of plain fries. I repented twice. Went to pick it up got some body else ordered that did not pick up their order. Sent my Ole man in to get it, and they gave him 2 loaded fries 1 reg bbq, and 1 bbq platter. I took order back in and the cashier said basically he paid for it,it's yours. The bbq wasn't the greatest nor was it the worst. The cashier, however, was not helpful, didn't care as long as she got rid of the order that someone did not pick up. My advice is, do not make call in orders for you wont know what you are getting. I have had 2 friends that this has happen to so please beware on your call orders.

Delicious! Stopped to grab lunch, and was really impressed with the barbecue. The staff were nice and helpful, but be prepared to take it with you or eat outside at their tables. Worth it!
