I just went there this morning, walked in one young guy was standing here brushing on his hair, had I walk up to order he left me standing there so I said hello hello anyone working here the manager came up with a attitude, all I'm saying is she was white didn't see a name tag she was going off about he was a manner n couldn't do order, but I was very clam about it ,I'll not be going back n the place was dirty bugs crawling around not going back

Sasha here, I got a refund and 2 coupons for a sandwich. As for a fresh sandwich AGAIN old chicken patty bout been sitting up and they just dropped it in grease to appear fresh. wont return again.

Have always had a very good experience at this location until today and I have been there probably over 30 times in 2 years. The problem was this...I placed an order through the app for a a buy one/get one free sandwich. I did 2 French dips. It's dishonest because they put only half the meat on each at best. I know because this is what I buy everytime I eat at any Arby's. So instead of getting 2 normal sandwhiches, you get same meat as one divided on 2 buns. My coworker not knowing yet, ordered same thing, same way on his app. When he came to table, I asked to see his. Same amount of meat. Even he agreed. Then a 3rd coworker came and ordered at front counter. He did not use app or did he use any deals. Ironically, he got a single French dip combo. I asked to see his. He had the normal amount of meat, which at minimum was double. So that is 3 customers with the same sandwich(5 total sandwiches) within a 15 minute period. One of two things is happening here based on what we saw today. Either they are halving the meat on their BOGO deals or they are halving all mobile orders(which is even a bigger amount). I used to work for Arby's and all roast beef is weight per sandwhich. It's not like going somewhere and the amount depends on the individual.

Got wind of this particular location all the way in UK. Why would you allow a racist customer to come in and abuse an employee AND come across and behind the counter, and threaten one of your employees and when the employee goes into a defensive mode, you fire them? What was she meant to do?
Fortunately, she nor the fool got hurt.
Listen, you don't let people come into your establishment and abuse your employees, especially with racisim. That speaks volumes about the management.

I do not eat arbys at all, had a taste for a buffalo chicken sandwich, when I got there it was not ready, a sweet employee bouught it to my job. the sandwich was NOTHING BUT CRUST NO MEAT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! A CRAP LOAD OF BUFFALO SAUCE THE FLATEST SANDWICH KNOWn to man. wont be eating Arbys ever again. Placed order at 12:59pm did not get it until 2:10pm!!!! after that long of a wait it should have been prepared correctly! sevice 5 starts because AMY bought me my food.
good thing I didnt jump across the counter, stuff like this will make you do it! lol
