They took care of my son, he was nervous about his surgery. I met with the surgeon and he was very informative and so kind to me. We all felt safe and the surgery was amazing. All the staff were informative about his surgery, it's just amazing how important they made us feel at the surgical clinic. Thank-you so much for being so amazing, God bless you!
Dr. Rivera is a great doctor! I’ve had multiple procedures at the Campbell Surgery Center. Intake staff and nurses are top notch. My only issue is with the insurance and billing department. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone or to get a call back. They made a mistake on my insurance claim, and I’ve left multiple messages with billing/insurance and have yet to get any response. Highly recommend this surgery center, just pray you don’t ever need to speak with someone...
Dr. Grear and his assistant Kristina were kind, and the recovery nurse (name started with A) was great. However, once the numbness wore off, things went downhill. The splint was too tight, causing my boyfriend extreme pain…the worst he’s ever felt. We spent hours trying to reach the on-call doctor (J.W.) through the 24/7 receptionist on Friday, 3/21, but he couldn’t be located. That’s unacceptable.
