Quite a few bad experiences here… don’t know if the management changed because it used to be great! But the people who take your order are rude and they are constantly out of ingredients. Service time is very slow.

Buying lunch for 2 from the drive through. I bought a Cobb salad, a number 1 and a kids strip meal. My sever was Marcus and he’s was great! Very friendly and personable. He took my order expeditiously and accurately. The others at the window were also fast and efficient. While my order was correct. The food was not as fresh as we expected. Manet it will be better next time.

Twice now I’ve waited for over 30min in the drive through. Not sure what’s up with this location. The whole point of Chick-fil-A is the efficiency. It’s not worth a 30min wait.

The food was not very good as my buns for my chicken sandwich had white powder on the bottom of it, they got my order wrong twice. I can say a worker named John was very polite and helped me get the correct order, besides that im pretty disappointed.

Horrible management. They're planning on closing for 2 months so to help cut costs they've been letting people go (thats why drive thru line has been wrapped around the store most days recently!!). They're also removing the play area because they don't want to hire anyone to clean it properly.

I've never been disappointed in Chick-fi-A went through drive thru young lady act as if she didn't want to take my order. Pick up my order the young man was dry short & rude. Got home with my food VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY BREAD WAS OLD & FOOD COLD. You pay $10.00 for a meal & this is what you get. Smh not returning

Every time my family goes there they mess up our order today we went the fries were cold the sprite was watered and the nuggets were old the customer service was very slow. Also the tenders were soggy! Will not be coming here anymore

We waited 30 minutes to get the to go order we had ordered on the app. By the time we decided to just walk in they finally got our food to us. They seemed very unprepared for the day.
